On the tires Danny, Cheat, use a bar between the ground and the wheeled tire then just inch it up as you can and takes the stress from your arms❤and if you can get a piece of pipe for that can also use a 4 way spinner to break the lug nuts loose as to go to remove it. Start this first with the tiee in the ground and it keeps the wheels from spinning on you as you go❤

Great vlog GP. I am 68 and my brother is 86. My Dad lived to 80, worked on a small farm until the day he died. This is what I hope for myself, not to linger on and become a burden. As far as comparing myself to others, I agree that is folly. When I was in business for myself I was constantly asked about my competition. I always considered myself as my best competitor. How could I improve my business and me to become the one people chose to do business with. Lastly, I would like to see you do a vlog on your working on your cars. It would be interesting to see your workarounds, such as lifting tires and rims. Since we’re older we have no choice but to work smarter. Be blessed.
@@fretworkband3204 You’re right about ourselves as our competition and it’s fun and exhilarating when at an older age we beat our younger selves. There are two kinds of age - chronological and biological age. We may be 70 with a biological age of 60, or we may be 60 with a biological age of 70. Nothing is too late to improve our biological age but the longer we wait, the harder it gets. Very few have the resolve not to mention the knowledge to go about it. Plus our old selves which is very hard to change. But believe me, the science is there, you just have to learn what to look for. It’s just not mainstream yet but I see it mainstream from time to time

People wants to live longer but doesn't think of all the negatives. As you aged, you get more aches & pain that medications temporarily helps or most of the time doesn't helps at all. You'll be needing a cane, walker, wheelchair or worse bed ridden. If you're bed ridden, someone will have to wipe your rear, change your diaper. You don't have privacy anymore. Higher probability of getting dementia. So, I think for me, 80 yrs old is enough unless. Currently I'm 70 years old.
I am at your age when I started my intervention. I am now going 77 and in better shape than 10 years ago. I can lift with 40 pounds dumbbells in each hand and walk. I used to have HBP and blood sugar problems. My A1C now is 5.6 BP is below 120/70. It’s not too late but a lot of work to do
@@kelleychilton2524 The problem with this kind of thinking is that we don’t factor modern technology and medicine which will keep us alive, dependent on others - useless and waiting to die which will last 10 to 20 years. You’re still young and have plenty of time to prepare to be independent until you die peacefully. Of course this will depend on your current condition and your determination to improve yourself.

Yes, you're correct. My mother's parents lived to be 97 and 99, but they spent the last decade of their lives in a nursing home. That's no way to live. I would have rather died 10 years earlier. Just living longer is not necessarily the best-case scenario.

I don’t wish to live that long. All I want when it’s time for me to go is to be like my uncle who died peacefully in his sleep unlike the passengers in the car he’s driving.
