What makes it so special is that displaying still carries the old Virgin America interior, which is now gone as of 2020. I routinely fly AS1335 from FLL to LAX, and service/comfort are much different now. The same A321's are flying, but with the new AS seats/setup, which are a HUGE step down. Add the current Covid era meal choices of the fruit/cheese platter or the curry chicken wrap, and first class service now looks like what coach used to offer 30 years ago. Domestic US flights just suck.
