I have been experimenting with harnesses (see my Depleted Not Defeated video) but the best footage is when I can move the stick around me. Carrying it isn't great and I have to sacrifice some time but I think its worth it for the shots I then capture

Well done. I've been deliberating buying one of those Insta360 cameras but running with a selfie stick puts me off. It does give great footage though.
