The Forever Winter is a cooperative tactical survival horror shooter where you and your squad must fight to survive under the shadow of terrifying and gargantuan war machines locked in a never-ending conflict.
Scavenge and fight for your next day alive under the shadow of gargantuan war machines. Enemies in the game can literally tower over the battlefield. That thirteen-story-tall railgun across the map that looks like it’s part of the skybox? It’s aiming at your face.
The battlefield is unpredictable thanks to The Forever Winter‘s dynamic combat system: enemies have their own goals and agendas, operating in coordinated groups, undertaking full-scale battles-and they’ll intelligently react to your actions. The battlefield you leave won’t be the same one you return to.

Hi; i personally think developing video games for consoles & computer's consume a lot of time and money for developer's. Who knows how long the sequel to this game would be... So I think the solution to this would be either developing games much faster in 6 months approximately or to get it developed by computer artificial intelligence. A game that would be developed in many year's may be developed by machine computer artificial intelligence in one day. 🍉🌷🍊💋 ...
It looks like it could be interesting, but I am concerned about one thing. This isn't going to be another Escape From Tarkov situation where the developers refuse to put female characters into the game because "duh... we did RESEARCH and found only tough men could handle this situation" is it? I'm just concerned because, as far as I can tell, they haven't shown a single female character among any of the humans. Maybe there's something we haven't seen yet but I wouldn't mind some solid confirmation that isn't the case.
lol if Tarkov happened irl the grand majority of women would have evacuated before it got to the point where it is in game, just like in Ukraine where the fighting is happening. Also there is a female character in Tarkov she's called "Therapist" and is a medical supply trader and doctor in a non combat role. Sorry to break it to you but no one really cares besides you and the rest of the very vocal minority that you are apart of. Most women wouldn't put themselves in this situation unless they had no choice, they would be at the hideout. But I do hope that you find peace and get your female playable characters in this game!
Everything is over done with female leads at the moment. That being said, every game should have character customisation nowadays.
I figured as a multiplayer co-op game it would presumably have either multiple playable characters to choose from or avatar customization, either one of which could work. If there's multiple playable characters than it shouldn't be that much of a stretch to have both male and female characters to choose from. If it's character customization than it seems like it should be common sense to have a gender option.@@glenrobertson8157
What do you mean "just like in Ukraine?" Have you been following the news? Women have been on the front lines from the start. There was even a viral video of two soldiers getting married.
And if they could fit a woman into an NPC role I fail to see why it's too much to ask to have a playable female character in a multiplayer game.@@pennard2097

@@Mosley728 We don't know anything about the gameplay, but the shot at 1:07 looks so incredibly "artificial". If you look at AI videos, the look it has or had, depending on what model you use, has that exact same uncanny look as the face at 1:07.
It’s confirmed to be legit, this isn’t the game’s official channel. But the AI is getting harder to spot as time goes on so I feel you on that.
