- “Extra” chats with Jason Oppenheim, Ali Harper, Alexandra Rose, Kayla Cardona, Brandi Marshall, and Austin Victoria about the deals - and drama! - we can expect from “Selling the OC” Season 3. Jason spoke about some of the messy interpersonal dynamics and joked that some people did not read the staff policies! Office newcomer Ali Harper addressed others suggesting she might not have what it takes and spoke about her drama with Alex Hall, who she called “spiteful” and “mean.” Austin also dished on beefing with co-star Sean Palmieri, who he thinks was “desperate for screen time.” “Selling the OC” Season 3 is streaming on Netflix May 3.

At this point we need a reunion, ALOT of secrets and hush hush behavior needs to be addressed. This season was messy and we need the mess spoken about.
Unfortunately it won’t be fully spoken about because what Sean was talking about literally could ruin marriages & families but I mean it’s pretty obvious that he wasn’t lying unless you’re blind or live under a rock it’s not hard to guess that Tyler, Gio & Austin are all on the fruitier side lol😂🌈

So lemme get this straight, selling Tampa, another real estate show with an African American cast was cancelled because according the powers that be and public opinion the shows itself showcased more drama than real estate but here on the OC cast clearly the show highlights even more drama. Yet they’re heading their 4th season. Could it be racial bias, colorism, favoritism because the hypocrisy here is almost laughable. Furthermore I couldn’t help but notice on the season finale at how quick Jason wanted to remove himself from the hostile atmosphere that took place at the derby. Sean being a subordinate approached his leader for assistance and Jason’s exact words were “please don’t put me in the middle of this.” Wow. Yet no bats an eye.

it was because of low rating, I personally found that the show had the least drama of all of them
Selling Tampa was not even in the same league. It has nothing to do with an African American cast. I personally liked the show, but the ending seemed very scripted.

Polly is doing Hall’s dirty work towards Ali bc Ali called her out, and Gio teamed up with Polly for his own bias towards Ali but Jason thinks that one of Polly’s friends contacted her regarding Ali knocking on the glass but we all know, it was Hall & Polly throwing her under the bus.

yea, the problem was he didn't really carry himself well and could have handled the situation better and it just give the "clique" the opportunity to gaslight him and manipulate the situation into making him seem the crazy one. I think the entire situation was exaggerated for the show but I do think there was truth in it that probably just got embellished a bit

When Polly met Ali and brought her in she seemed sweet. She totally seems to have an agenda of partying and being on the show after seeing her later in the season. Everyone else on this show you know who they are and they never changed. Ali is night and day different than when she first came on the show. She's so transparent that she's in it for fame & partying. She needs to go.... she completely ruins the show for me, she doesn't fit in.

Can someone give me the episode and timestamp from where Sean said the rumor? I know Kayla said in confessional that he told her, but like this is Netflix. If Sean said “edibles” to someone, why didn’t production stitch THAT footage into the ongoing mess at the derby instead of Kayla’s “I heard him say?” IIRC Polly started the rumor by telling Hall.
I’m with you. Since the show, Sean posted on Instagram his txt msg exchange with Austin and proved that Austin and his wife met him out for dinner, then invited him over after to play a game or something (not sure what the device was he mentioned) but Sean made it clear that Austin & his wife started or were apart of starting that rumor. And Austin brought it to the office. It’s clear Austin was the one angling for more airtime. Sean has those receipts
Sean also explained that he never told Ali or Kayla he had dinner with Austin or anything about edibles and there’s no footage of him saying that. Sean said he ended their conversation with they’re a flirting couple and that was it, so when he walked into the office and Austin aired all that, it caught him off guard.
Jarvis said she confirmed seeing very flirting txt msg from Tyler to Sean (hmm…) and Tyler was trash talking about Austin and suggesting they’re possibly swingers.

It’s possible that Tyler started the rumor, and pulled Polly in knowing she’ll spread it for him, and then he’ll simply blamed Sean. Possibly Tyler and Austin decided to team up to benefit from it and throw Sean under the bus, which explain why Austin is lying about that night, that he invited Sean for dinner (Sean posted the txt msg) and why he brought it to the office.
If so, they’re just as psycho as Polly & Hall. Birds of a feather.
I just finished episode 3 and that was such an uncomfortable watch.. it's so obvious that Sean isn't lying.. obviously no one believes *nothing* happened.. and when Austin said, "I made a mOoVE on yoUU?!" with his neck vein popping, as if he was hearing it for the first time 🤦♀

it is actually very obvious that Sean is lying, when he was approached to repeat and admit the "lies" he could not do it, he pretended not to hear anything, like suddenly out of nowhere he became deaf and petrified, instead of owning up to it, he ran away and when it became evident he was the one guilty of lying, he returned back to the office with a very nasty innapropiate and confrontational attitude trying to twist everything and ended up having to literally vomit a bunch of lame made up bs, like "omg he trying to fuck me because he texted about my legs" then it turns out to be GYM partner publicly cheering him up in open IG like girl how much are producers paying you to harrass a straight married young man. if he wanted to make a move he would have already done it with someone plus im very sure that even if he did Sean would gleefully agree to it instead of trying to be like "omg nooo im now Saint mother Teresa I would never do that" puh lease
keep watching till episode 8 please, then maybe you'll rethink that ;D ... i'm just saying: "dinner? what dinner?!"

These agents make huge commissions and they are always broke. Austin named off all his recent sales and commissions and then told his wife he needed several more BIG commissions to purchase a house. It was his first house. Same for Kayla, Chrisnell on Sunset had the same thing. These people sell homes for a living. Don't they see the value of owning rather than renting?
These people are dealing with millionaires, so they are delusional and want something like that to themselves. Instead of buying something smaller they try to save years for something they sell to millionaires. Look at Austin and what type of house and location he wants.
And Gio? Did you see how that client with a Porsche who bought Polly house treated Gio? And Gio thanked him and rolled his eyes when alone with Polly. They want to be like their clients but they should realize they are not.
Well I heard the jason/Brett takes a huge percentage out of their commissions. They don't get the full amount.
They aren’t broke, just greedy. They spend their days touring houses worth millions of dollars and spend their time with millionaires. So in their head, it’s inconceivable to not live that lifestyle.

the oppenheim group takes a big percentage of course and then you have to put aside an even bigger amount for taxes that you'll need to pay down the road. so it is still a big amount of money, but a lot less than what they write on screen.
I love Kayla's personality. Especially in sn 3. Jason seem to be affiliated to Kayla, but good for the brand.
Ali is ... just full of confidence. That's all. I hope she need to take this opportunity to be more humble.
I really like this program because the women in OP have a good job spirit and work really hard, even though there is a drama or something. But Ali is just going to be in the drama. She need's to have to try to do her job well.
I honestly dont get why Jason brought Ali on the first place. In LA office Chelsey had to fight for her chair. And she already had her license and connections. But Ali was hired even before she got her license. So weird to me.
