Ok it works but what if we want to give access to data folder to an app? When I open the app which I want to give access and select grant permission it opens the system default files and doesn't show the data folder in that app. It says "can't access this folder due to security issues"

Merci pour la video moi mon probleme est que j ai un jeux qui est constitue d un dossier DATA et OBB et APK je parvient a mettre DATA dans le dossier data dans android de meme avec obb apres l installations du jeux il disent impossible de sauvegarder a chaque fois je lance le jeux je recommence a zero

For miui users if the file explorer is not allowing shizuku,go to phone developer option and enable debugging(security settings)

Hello, when I try to move my copied file back to data and there click on the folder I want to move it to, it opens my files app and says that I can't access this folder... what should I do?

thanks sir ..nice video ..but this all step we done already .. problem is we cant give Permission READ/WRITE access from here FV File manager in DATA folder ..only we can see Data folder all files ..but when we open some Game Like Pubg mobile most popular game in this world ..that need Permission to read/write access and then game crash if we modify in own game data or obb ..so i try to give root access by shizuku but cant give permission to data folder for READ/WRITE ..even i try X-plore file manager too .. but there also say its seems your mobile not rooted even in shizuku ..FV and X-plore both add and shizuku in running mode too.. so give us any solution to without full root own new mobile how can we give read/write permission own data folder and files in android 14 ..bcoz we dont want lost even originality in our new mobile plz

thanks it worked when nothing else worked because of android security. I mean its nice that they implemented it but the reason I bought an android was to get access to deep files when I wanted to. I goes this works the same way if you wanted a tech to debug a problem wirelessly he can do so by allowing a third party app to bridge the connection and give access as if its a rooted phone

there is no risk i believe yet you can disable dev options and it will end all of it , and of course you can delete the apps if you no longer need them

Works fine as of 2024.
Small and quick fix is to install the Xiaomi file explorer, and goto Android folder it gives a link to open files app u can click on that and access all the android files

The constraint of accessing the android/data folder in a user friendly was makes my workflow so much more complicated. I need to copy my insta360 GO2 files from this folder on a regular basis.
So user unfriendly how Google implemented this constraint. Very bad behaviour against this customers.
