After fiddling around for an hour, I finally found the solution.
(I use OnePlus and Samsung)
-Go to settings
-Go to apps (in settings)
-Search for "Files"
**Make sure it is "Files" and not "Files by Google" or "My Files"**
-Click on it.
-Click the 3 buttons on the top right.
-Click uninstall updates
-Click "ok"
Done. The guy in the video just told us to delete cache as if that would do something, which uhm, just no.
