For real. Joining the 7 is practically a death sentence at this point. Having to be anywhere near Homelander is like being on death row in Japan. You never know when you're going to be executed, you just know its coming.
I swear Deep had the weirdest character development. He was shown to be pathetic here, until Season 4 where he now gets a villain arc 😈

i really hope vought/sister sage has a proper plan for taking down homelander that doesnt involve buying time until his son can kick his ass. this is vought's mess for raising a god in a lab with psychopaths (i mean just look at those scientists faces when homelander visits them its like they cant even be bothered to lie), they should clean it up. they did in the comics at least gad dayum
The funny thing is that Starlight didn’t even have to threaten to release the video, she should’ve called Homelander’s bluff and marched right on up to Stan Edgar’s office

Is it wrong that the more I watch Homelander...the more I kinda like him? I mean, especially seeing these latest episodes as to why he's like this. The people at Vought are the real villains here, and Homelander is their karma. I mean, I disagree with almost every view he has, but his ruthlessness towards humanity and Vought, I think it's justified.
So you think a psychopath is justified killing all these innocent people because he had a bad upbringing? What is wrong with you? You need serious help you head case.

I think Homelanders wins that one but I could see her winning, with him dying to a lightning strike after being blinded and deafened, she might be able to mask her heartrate and what not with rain. He has X-Ray vision but it doesn't seem flawless.
Yes , Homelander beats her in strength and durability but storm is more powerful. Homelander would need to kill her quickly before she uses her full power. I think Homelander would be able to dodge most of storms attacks too because she’s not that fast.

Of course she did. She also baited him by saying she has a crush on him.
Not willingly. Deep crossed lines when he pulled his salmon out and threatened to tell the seven Starlight attacked him if she didn’t do it. She didn’t know exactly who they really were or if anyone would believe her. It would’ve been different if he only lied about his status in the seven and she did it because she believed she would get more recognition sooner, only to find out he lied and got played.
Okay this is wild. Sure she chose to do it. But just admitting she had a crush on him does not mean she was baiting him. Nor does it mean he was in the right for doing it. He took advantage of her. And at that point in her life, she thought she had to be here in the Seven. So she did it. She technically wasn’t forced but it was an ultimatum at the end of the day. And the Deep lied to her as well. So he was definitely in the wrong for this.
