(I ask because sometimes the part where you place the cut card is edited out, but in the 5 or so videos I have seen that show you placing the cut card, you have placed it shallow (1-2 decks in)). For those of you who are wondering why the dealer has been pushing when one hand is lost but the other is won. I'll explain this myself since Matt forgot to mention this in his intro. They made this decision during the high roller series because the dealer probably did not want to waste anymore time taking money from the losing hand and then paying the winning hand. So he will just push both hands with the losing and winning hands. Hopefully this helps. Your welcome Matt.

From what strategy book did you get that from?it's a definite stay. On some shoes that isn't going your way it's a hit depending on your luck, but in no strategy card would you ever hit 14vs3.
He had to stay on the 11 cos he doubled down his bet. You only get one more card after a double. He started with 9 and got a 2 on his double-down hit, hence he had to stay at 11.

When he pulled a 20 at the beginning and you had 21 in one hand and 19 in the other he forgot to collect your loss.
He won one hand, and lost the other one, would have been the same to collect the loss and pay the winning hand, the dealer decided to push instead.

On 1 hand you had 2 fours, an 8 and a five. Dealer had face cards and did not pay you.
