So FASCINATING! I wish someone would have taught me this when I was younger. How important our body is and to live healthy. Time to reset 👍🙂
Wow I just loved this presentation! Great for visual & kinetic learners!
yes .. me too.
Best illustration of how interconnected the diaphragm is. Thanks sooo much ❤
You are onto it! Specific diaphragm training has immensly improved my whole spinal, core, chest and pelvic strength and openness.
Well done! I love your models for the diaphragm, wonderful explanations!!
That was beautifully explained and the models you used/made were great:) ThankYou!
This was great!! I've never had it explained and modeled so well! Now I feel I better understand the diaphragm. 🙂Thank you!
Brilliant explanation. Thanks!
I love your videos! Thank you so much. I can share these with my clients so they have a visual to refer back to. ❤️
Amazing ! Thank you Jill 🎈
Amazing video. I've been dealing with a minor diaphragm paralysis, watching this video and understanding how the diaphragm actually works definitely helps to engage it properly. I've been thinking of it all wrong!!
elaborate pls
this is incredible, thank you
This is great Thanks
This makes so much sense and I am amazed that I haven't thought of doing diaphragm work at all, even though I've dealt with breathwork for over 10 years. Amazing!
well done!
Awesome! ❤🎉 Ty
