    *Paneer Chilli Recipe in an Airfryer by Chef ‪@RanveerBrar‬
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Preheat time: 7 minutes at 200°c
    Cooking time For Paneer: 8 minutes at 200°c
    For Marinated Vegetables: 6 minutes at 180°c
    Serves: 2
    *Ingredients
    For Paneer Marination
    400 gm Paneer, diced
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp Oil
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
    ½ tsp Degi red chilli powder
    ¼ cup Cornstarch
    For Paneer Chilli
    1 large Capsicum, diced
    1 medium Onion, diced
    ¼ cup Spring onion, diced
    2-3 fresh Red chillies, roughly chopped
    1 tsp Dark soy sauce
    1 ½ tsp Green chilli sauce
    1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
    1 tsp Light soy sauce
    ½ tsp Vinegar
    2-3 tbsp Water
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp Sugar
    Cooked Paneer
    For Garnish
    1-2 tbsp Spring onion, cut into diagonally
    Coriander sprig
    Process
    For Paneer Marination
    - Preheat the airfryer for 7 minutes at 200°c.
    - In a bowl, add paneer, salt to taste, oil, ginger garlic paste, degi red chilli powder and give it a good mix.
    - Add cornstarch and coat it well.
    - Add marinated paneer on the Grilling Tray and place into Philips Airfryer.
    - Cook it for 8 minutes at 200°c and transfer it to a tray.
    - Keep it aside for further use.
    For Paneer Chili
    - In a Baking tray, add capsicum, onion, spring onion, fresh red chillies, dark soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar, water and stir it well.
    - Add salt to taste, sugar, cooked paneer and mix it gently.
    - Place Baking tray in the Philips Airfryer and cook it for 6 minutes at 180°c.
    - Transfer it to a serving bowl or a plate, garnish it with spring onion and coriander sprig.
    - Serve hot.
