Jordan made an average Tuesday night game must see TV. Whatever it took he would help his team win. Those defensive rebounds and defense on a hot Blackman were huge.
OMG! I had so much fun watching this video😃! This was so enjoyable, it had me jumping out of my seat. I had no idea the Mavs were stacked like that, they really had a solid team. Blackman, Perkins, Schrempt, these guys were very tough basketball players. MJ was up against some excellent talent in this one. Which once again shows you how unstoppable MJ was. He is just so mind blowing incredible at this sport. I have never seen anyone else do the things he do. I'm just fortunate to be able to witness His Airness at his finest. This man was playing with an severe injury and showed out. Thanks for putting this together, it was Fantastic! Michael Jordan Greatest Of All Time! No Questions
Just tag ESPN to remind their who is better in all around aspects in the game, injury or not MJ is still the beast of the best and the greatest of all the great players. MJ is the only 23, the GOAT no comparison no debate. Done
This young Jordan from 21 to around 28 was simply the most dominant defensive player ever. Everyone knows about his offense but defensively, he was incredible. He affected more plays and did almost as many incredible things on defense as he did on offense. He and Pippen were easily the greatest perimeter defenders ever in the NBA.
@blitz - Thanks for posting this game and your PSA. Here in the Far West (early 80s) we didn't have that many sports channels as we do in today's media world. Thus I didn't see a lot of MJ's earlier games. However, in those early days we heard about this great athlete named Michael Jordan. This early game shows me what MJ was all about. - a superb athlete and game changer. Sidenote - Those were some big guys knocking people around. Thus I can see why MJ hit the weight room to gain muscle strength.
And when your walk and the bone rubs it feel like a massive electric shock going through your body. One of the worse injuries because all you can do is rest it.

only 15 seasons?. Did you forget he played 3 NCAA seasons. more like only 18 seasons. As much as these straight from high school fans dont wanna count those seasons because their idols did not go to NCAA. which was absolutely brutal back in the days.
@@mkhan8527 my guy are are absolutely right the NCAA wasn't soft like it is now. College teams and coaches were trying to do the same thing as what the bad boys Pistons were doing on it was in College. Just like the Pistons that didn't work either in his college years. One last bit of some info Chuck used that same imprint but tooled up for the NBA and on how his team would use it was a bit different than the college way.

Yeah that Dallas team was loaded whole lot of household names on that team.
The greatest of all time 💪
Dallas had a squad!!!!!
And young MJ would've killed today's NBA. Look how explosive he was when he was thin.

The Goat.

When you think Schrempf had a bad haircut on the Sonics, then you see this.
Is anyone going to point out the pounding Mike took going to the basket? Imagine mike playing by todays rules?
Da🐐👏👏, playing thru injuries is one of the reasons 23 only played 15 seasons

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 the timestamps! thank you sir 🫡
Impressive.This was even before Pippen,Rodman,Grant,
Kukoc joined the Bulls.
The hip pointer game and the flu game 2 heroic games by the GOAT for the wins. Absolutely 💯 🐐
Not only Jordan but Perkins went down hard as well and got back in the game. Today's NBA could never.
NOBODY can tell me that Jordan's NOT the GOAT! PHENOMENAL JOB!
Blackman had a good game against Jordan
Blackmon was all star caliber.
Blackman was a good player
@@j.m.flemmingii ...One of Brooklyn's finest!
Lol
But MJ had a greater game with a damn hip pointer
80s mavs were so loaded, keep in mind Mark Aguirre didn't even play this game and they were still loaded
And Goat shut Blackmon ass down defensively with a damn hip pointer.
I think around the time I quit watching the NBA, was when guys starting sitting on the bench resting for playoffs. LMAO
You can't get heart from practice
You get the vibe the team got inspired to compete hard in OT.

THIS video shows why Jordan is FAR better than LBJ.
Have not seen Oakley make a jumper
This is why Lebron will never be the G.O.A.T.!!!!! Can't be a flop queen and call yourself the best!!!!
