Hmm, I thought starfish wasn’t edible. I vaguely remember an episode of Andrew Zimmerman who ate a starfish they had fried and brought to him on a plate with out seafood and he tasted it and it tasted sandy, he asked the chef about it and he was like “that wasn’t for eating, that was so you could admire how pretty it was.” That was a long time ago though. Might be the wrong show.
