I havta give 👍 x 100¹⁰⁰ to Tulsa World for the truly Outstanding coverage commitment to Oklahoma's WCWS teams. I try to get every vid when it's Notification hits my TL. Some notifications, for reasons unk, aren't recvd, or I overlook them, but I usually drop what I'm doing to watch the new video. So, thanks for outstanding sports video. Y'all are greatly appreciated. Lastly, the coverage of our players history is amazing. There's so much that is heartwarming and interesting to be informed about. Good luck!
Thank you! These videos complement our softball postseason coverage at tulsaworld.com. If you are on Twitter, please consider giving my colleagues Eric Bailey and Eli Lederman a follow ahead of the WCWS finals: twitter.com/ericbaileytw twitter.com/byelilederman
I’m way late to the party but it was a joy to watch Jocelyn and her team mates play this year. Exciting innings all around. I like what White had to say about her too.
How are kids recruited at 13 years old? Was she a junior at 13? Too young, a lot of changes happen between 13&17. We are making our kids grow up too fast.
@@zacharylansing yea my daughter graduated and is now 37. Not every kid can handle it. Stanford recently admitted they have a suicide problem after one of their soccer players committed suicide in her dorm. But, parents keep pushing your kids.
@@codykirchner9606 that’s good. When my daughter was recruited 2003 they couldn’t be approached until their junior year. They must have realized it was a mistake.
I’ve always liked mike white. But my heart is in Sooners land. We sent a girl from Alaska down to see him,,,, he never answered an email about her. Lol. She was on the 12’ LL World Series championship team.
Fields are way to small bases are way to close & pitchers are way to close. How many no hitters do you see in college baseball???? These girls throw no hitters all the time. 200 foot fences what a joke
You’re free to watch or not. Most softball fans don’t have a problem with the field dimensions. They make for a faster style game and make good defense a major requirement for winning a game. No defense, no win. 200 foot fences are a legitimate challenge when the pitcher is 43 feet away from home plate and can throw a rise ball, curve ball, screw ball or drop ball.

I like the respect and humility of Coach White and Jocelyn. The way it should be...
Much respect for the way coach White handled that question

More of a reason for Heavy Hitting Jocelyn Alo to go out with a BANG 💥 SOONERS!

Welcome to the world of competition. Don’t like it? Well too bad it’s here to stay.

They changed it for the exact reason you don't like it. She even mentions that in the interview.

If it was an academic scholarship would you be making the same statement?
White didn't know he was gonna need a catcher 5 years out . He blew it with Alo , pure and simple .

Jocelyn ALOha.!
Why does it even matter? Lol tf.
Does Patty Gasso have a college degree? Listening to her speak, not so sure
She has won over 1000 more games than she has lost.........I could really give a squirt if she does or not..........lol........Boomer
She does, so you expect college to teach a person how to speak. We see how that is working with the woke professors.
Keyboard warrior
Who knows, not everybody is always going to be proper all the time. Just as long as she answers the questions I don't think the reporters care..
Gasso has a bachelor's degree, so she is as well-educated as Roger Goodell. Do you blame his issues on a lack of education?

so bc we throw no hitters we’re a joke ?? make it make sense.
Watch , don't watch . No need to bash something that doesn't suit you .

Forgot to mention change up, a devastating pitch when the batter is expecting one of the above.
