If there ever is a Monkey Ball game that incorporates nearly every stage and world theme throughout the series, this set would definitely be contenders for the back half of Master Extra. Heck, the world theme itself works perfectly as a grand, ultimate finale.
Whoa, this level is... something else. Considering you are travelling through toy history the entire game, only to end up here in the final world. Without much of a story to go on, I can only assume that Doctor's time machine finally malfunctioned at this point and sent the characters to a void beyond time, racing to escape. The level difficulty is also comparable to the classic game's master mode. Great job wrapping this one up.
Yeah most master worlds in super monkey ball felt like a reward despite how difficult they were. But this one actually makes you feel like you’re danger.
Man, this song is... something else. It sounds like the personification of an anxiety induced panic attack. Which, I guess Monkey Ball could give on some of the harder levels on 60 seconds, bleeding lives as you try not to use that continue to reach the extra stages, or spending hours on that one stage in Master- F*ck. It's a real shame this entire game didn't pop off because it was solely on the Vita. We're so lucky we got a resurgence with BBHD (With whatever objectionable flaws it has), and now BM around the corner.
Yeah. Out of all master courses in super monkey ball, I like this one the most. While the other super monkey ball master course feel like rewards, this one actually makes it feel like you’re really in danger. This shows that if you fail you’ll be stuck in a time paradox forever. The music just fits that peril vibe perfectly.
Sorry that the audio got caught off for a brief moment there, my jack became loose (hence why you hear me scream "no! no!") but I kept it in just for a good laugh, lol.

This music is insane. Absolute banger that drives the intensity of the difficulty home. The final level was cool, but I was a little disappointed that it didn't involve the clocks and pendulums in the background throughout the world. I was looking forward to seeing how they'd be incorporated into a level.
Wow this game is... something else. It offered the classic Monkey Ball experience people wanted at the time and barely anyone knew about it since it was stuck on the Vita.
In Banana Splitz, after completing Advanced (which is Expert in the first 2 Super Monkey Ball games and Deluxe), it doesn’t carry on to Master. Instead, Master is just unlocked as a separate difficulty.
And even in Banana Mania In SMB1 Master was more treated like Expert Extra Extra because you had to go through Expert, Master couldn’t unlocked from the difficulty select
It is me or the Emperor's pyramid is turning? We need more spinning level! This is Hardcore Wacky Land. I love the Checker Floor with Red Nuance. Nice contrast.
Really surprised they didn't bring back any of these levels to the other games, some of them had some very cool designs not often seen in the mainline monkey ball franchise. Was this played on emulator? Would love to try this game out because I never had a Vita.
I don't know what it is about this area but I like how the music picks up in pace over time. Too bad it doesn't like, time itself to like whatever stage you're currently on. So wait, are we almost out of games?
@@Sebulba2000it’s extremely difficult. You need to beat the game without a single retry, so essentially 3 or so deaths. Also with motion controls. But the game is short, so I would say with practice it’s certainly do-able, just super hard
One of the best themes (musically and visually) for the best Monkey Ball in recent memory. If only it got ported to literally anything other than the Vita...
Based on the level design it doesn’t look anywhere near as difficult as SMB1’s master stages, aside from maybe the bumper one. Do the physics and control play a part in why you consider it on par if not harder?

This game absolutely deserves a remaster in the same way as Persona 4 Golden. It needs to shine!
And hopefully an inclusion of a co-op mode...
And Marathon mode too.
It's crazy how good Banana Splitz is and an absolute injustice that this game hasn't been ported to anything other than the Vita!
Wow this game is... something else. It offered the classic Monkey Ball experience people wanted at the time and barely anyone knew about it since it was stuck on the Vita.
wow a post AV monkey ball that actually looks semi competent, and on the vita of all things

Same with SMB Jr.
So that means, you automatically can enter Master in the difficulty selection.
And even in Banana Mania
In SMB1 Master was more treated like Expert Extra Extra because you had to go through Expert, Master couldn’t unlocked from the difficulty select
I hope Banana Mania gets DLC to add Splitz Challenge and Practice Modes. Hopefully even Jr or Touch and Roll Modes.
It is me or the Emperor's pyramid is turning? We need more spinning level!
This is Hardcore Wacky Land. I love the Checker Floor with Red Nuance. Nice contrast.
Nah emperors pyramid doesn’t turn. But it’s entirely slanted so I suppose it has a similar affect in terms of difficulty for that matter
So this is how hard my first ever super monkey ball game got. Ok.
Having a Bonus Stage in Master is really weird, as I believe this is the only time a Master difficulty had a Bonus Stage.
Really surprised they didn't bring back any of these levels to the other games, some of them had some very cool designs not often seen in the mainline monkey ball franchise.

So wait, are we almost out of games?
All that's left is Banana Blitz HD, so yep!
Well this is a time paradox caused by using the toy time machine so much.
It almost becomes an entirely different song, but I dig it.
Why it look so clean and clear
why didnt they rerelease this instead of banana blitz? makes no sense to me
Yeah. Also considering Banana Blitz was a terrible game, and this one had a reason to be remade
Where’s the moon jump code to skip out on a continue?
Would be great to play these levels, maybe a level DLC pack for banana mania
I remember getting all trophies for this game. It was very hard.
How hard is it? Is it doable with enough practice? Do you have any tips? I'm about to start

Highly impressive!
Tin Aiai? I bet that won't be in SMB: Banana Mania.
And you'd be correct. (And now I wait for this to age horribly.)
What's the point of the tin characters?
They should have released this on PS4 instead of the Vita
The PS4 wasn’t out yet at the time when this was released, this game came out in 2012 and the PS4 came out a year later
Should’ve been on both tbh. We needed a good portable monkey ball and this provides
Is this a mod or a fan made game?
This is a legitimate super monkey ball game on the PS Vita. (Always good to read the description!)

Banana splitz, OUYA edition.
Lol
Eh, I'd call it the worst monkey ball ever made
They would have ported it on 3DS and I would consider the best starting game to Monkey Ball.
