Everything you are hearing are actually his kit sampled. No live audio here. That's why the kit sounds so huge. I think it's a great way to track drums. He is obviously playing the drums for real but he samples using his electronic kit and then plays and videos on the real kit for the video. Pretty awesome set up. Just figured I'd say this since some people don't know and I think it's cool!

At first I thought "it's great that he plays twice for sound quality" but I think it might actually save him time overall since it's so simple and repeatable
