Hardwood flooring contractor here. Do you know if your product reacts with water-based Urethane, if not extracted properly? I want to test this product and see if it really works. Of course , I would be using not even a quarter of the amount of product that you use on an affected area Of course, I would be using not even a quarter of the amount of product that you use on an affected area.
Watch out when you order from them by email. They quote you one price for shipping then break the order up into two shipments and charge you twice the quoted amount.
I prefer OdorKlenz, it's all natural (and I'm assuming this isn't since it says you shouldn't keep it in a closed container) and it's used with the same process as this
What that means is that once it is mixed (being an oxidizer) it creates a gas. You need room in the sprayer or container in order for the oxygen (gas) to have room to expand.
Yes, that is true. Normally we recommend a thorough flushing (with clear water) around the perimeter of the water claw. This will remove most of the remaining powder.
Hi AG AG - No. Matrix Miracle is an oxidizer and should not be used on wool carpet. We recommend contacting a Jon-Don representative for the best recommendations on wool-safe products to use for odor treatment. Please reach out at 800-556-6366 or email support@jondon.com.
Thanks for the feedback Ava! Remember not to sell yourself short. If a project or job is labor-intensive, make sure the cost reflects that when quoting to your customers. Sometimes, if the damage is too extensive, it can be more cost-effective for the customer to replace the carpet and that's ok. But if it's a large carpet area with only a small damaged area, then there may be opportunities for cleaners.
+Jose Morales Unfortunately, the answer is "it depends." In some cases, it may still show up under black light if the urine has penetrated the polymer.
Carpet, like most products, comes in varying degrees of quality. The latex in an inexpensive carpet is weak and can be more easily damaged by urine. How well the liquid is extracted can also impact the latex. If you do not use the process outlined in the video, you will not remove the urine. Carpet that has been contaminated with urine is already damaged. If you have any questions about Matrix Miracle or need help troubleshooting a pet urine job, please call 800-556-6366 or email support@jondon.com.

I heard that if a product starts as a powder, if any residue is left behind it will dry as a powder and can be vacuumed up. Is this true?

That was a great video however how much would you have to charge for all the time and effort? It just does not seem worth it.
