If you are making this for yourself, it will become a family heirloom that will be passed down the generations. If you are making it for sale, I truly hope you can find a buyer who can appreciate the time and craftsmanship that went into it, and pay appropriately. It's gorgeous!

Wow, this is pure artisan work here. I don't want to take away from woodworkers, but almost anyone can utilize power tools and follow a guide. This is pure craftsmanship, beautiful. Reminds me of my uncle, loved woodworking and whittling wood. I'm going to try and make two of these for my daughters, using purpleheart rosewood and cedar. Thank you for the relaxing video and excellent work!
Your videos on Chinese furnitures making are always so poetic Your furnitures are art pieces It is really wonderful that the skills of Chinese classical furnitures are still practiced today since the Ming dynasty
Gorgeous work, Sir. I am proud to have shared this moment with you. The honor, detail, & love you put into your craft is inspired. Thank you for sharing this piece of you, with us.
I think I have the same mosquito in my shop. I really enjoy your videos and am blown away by the precision of your joints. They are just beautiful. I am going to subscribe and enjoy watching a master at his craft. thank you for sharing.
Beautiful skills and it’s such a pleasure to see someone using hand tools to cut tenons rather than set them up on a router jig. Could watch you and also Ishitani Woodworking for hours. There’s also your corgi :)
Nice work. Nice attention to details too. I have been looking for a small project with some challenges. I think I will make a copy for my daughter.. Thanks for the inspiration.
Such masterful work. Certainly worthy of being proudly handed down for generations. In this case, I would need two, one for each daughter. 555 Thank you again. I get a lot of relaxation and pleasure from watching your skilled work.

Rare to see such fine craftsmanship. And you Sir, are a true craftsman. Your talent and experience shines in this video, and I really enjoyed watching. As a woodworker, I really do appreciate your talent and your patience in making such a BEAUTIFUL jewelry box.
That is a beautiful work of art by a seemingly young master woodworker. Beautiful box, such a pleausre to watch your process, beautiful video composition. Stunning, well done!
You Sir are a craftsman that is going to do great things. XIE XIE and NiHao for you and the work you do. Hope you have a great Weekend. From Eastern Canada Anne Of Green Gables. "DO WHAT YOU ARE DOING"
this's really beautifully done; I wish I could do half this well I'm wondering: how traditional is this design? I know *very little* about Chinese woodworking, but I was expecting at least that the bottom part, with the frame and panel, have a pair of sliding dovetails to anchor the frame to the panel. the *style* is certainly very traditional, but how about the way you've made it?
Such quiet, patient work yields such a beautiful result. The triangles on the mirror are stunningly perfect with the round shape. When I need peace, I select one of your videos.
I get exited when woodworkers use calipers, It shows you're precise. Your dovetails are some of the best I've seen and love your marriage between modern and traditional techniques. A great piece and quality video. Thank you for sharing :)
Exquisite work- gives us all something to aim for.Dovetailing on the drawers was stunning & I love the very functional design of the drawer backs. Also nice to see projects that are relatively small in scale & achievable.
You have created a perfect work of art. In ancient China, only the ladies of wealthy families could use such a dressing table. This kind of dressing table seems to have disappeared in modern China. Thank you for bringing such traditional woodworking back to life.

Simply stunning, congrats Sir, you're a Master. Just one request for the next videos : can you please describe a bit about the materials you're being using? Thanks in advance, cheers
When you are working, do you saw on the pencil line or do you saw next to it, leaving the line in place? Your work is so accurate, I am interested what you find works best for getting such clean and precise work. Or alternatively do you find a knife line better in some/most situations?
