    This is 100% a movie to watch and appreciate, the screen cap is really an injustice for this seriously genius movie. The little details and style of the movie is half of why it’s good, and that’s precisely what the screen cap style (which I actually like) removes. Just, there are some movies that this style leaves you without any real idea of how the movie IS, how it FEELS. This movie is hilarious, cool and hip, but with a very dark undertone. Also, the entire thing is essentially told as a conversation between the journalist and henchman, which the screen cap doesn’t mention, but adds to the style of the movie enormously

    You can just read the #’s rule and easily skip the description that follows.
    A friend of mine started selling feel goods and very quickly moved up to amounts that get attention. I provided him with three (yes only 3) rules. I explained to him that whenever people break 1 or more of the rules is when they end up in jail (if lucky) or dead!! I like that the wife basically told him the same.
    1. I told him to Pay Taxes!!
    One of the reasons tax laws are written with some crazy long sentences is bc, back back in the day, government often cldnt get some of the BIG Fish for alcohol, drugs, murder, etc SO tax fraud, tax evasion were things they cld catch these people on. Hence, some sentence lengths that don’t make sense.
    2. Don’t get greedy!
    There’s plenty of money for everyone. Greed can often affect judgment in horrible ways. The more dirt you do, the more people you hurt, the more enemies you have. Will those enemies hurt your friends & family? Will those enemies sell you out/ turn you in? Btw, do you even KNOW who all your enemies are?
    3. ALWAYS stay vigilant.
    There’s the law that wants to bring you down. You got some enemies that wanna bring you down. People that wanna use you to get to others. Be aware of your surroundings and any people you’re near. Don’t get caught slipping. People will rob you or arrest you if you’re lucky but others might kill you.

    • @jesuschrist9597

      how are you gonna declare income for drug money? if you could just pay your taxes there wouldn’t be front company’s for laundered money

    • @tempbauer2131
      @tempbauer2131 2 года назад +3

      @@jesuschrist9597
      You have to create the business front to pay taxes. Which is laundering and tax fraud BUT they also try to be cheap and pay very little to zero taxes, making the business look like a failure yet they’ve bought a nice house, maybe homes, nice car or 5, trips, whatever. There’s no explanation where that money came from.
      Along with each rule there’s much more to it than just that simple sentence in the rule.

    A lot of this is simply wrong. For example, at 4:10 it says Pearson imagines how he would kill Dry Eye. That was actually Fletcher making up that part of the story.
    At 5:38, he wasn't asking Lord Snowball for help.
    Other things said here seem to be unsupported. For example, it says Pearson's wife runs a business and they she "is widely known to foreign countries." That doesn't even make sense and nothing in the movie hinted that she is widely known. Another example, it says Pearson planned to double the selling price if his business. That's not in the movie. Another, it says Pearson told Dry Eye he'd consider the offer. No he didn't.
