Ingredients:
FOR FILLING:
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast cut into very small pieces
1 medium size onion finely diced
1 /2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 cup whole grains corn
1/2 cup chopped coriander
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup heavy cream or thickened cream
FOR DOUGH:
4 cups all purpose flour
4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
About 2 -3 cups bread crumbs or cornflakes
3 large eggs beaten with 4 tablespoons milk
Ingrédients:
POUR REMPLISSAGE:
1 1/2 lb de poitrine de poulet désossée, coupée en très petits morceaux
1 oignon de taille moyenne finement coupé en dés
1/2 cuillère à soupe de gingembre et de pâte d'ail
1 cuillère à café de sel
1/2 cuillère à café de poivre noir en poudre
1/2 tasse de maïs à grains entiers
1/2 tasse de coriandre hachée
2 cuillères à soupe de farine
1 cuillère à soupe de beurre
1/2 tasse de crème épaisse ou de crème épaissie
POUR LA PATE:
4 tasses de farine tout usage
4 tasses d'eau
1/2 cuillère à café de sel
6 cuillères à soupe de beurre
Environ 2 à 3 tasses de chapelure ou de cornflakes
3 gros œufs battus avec 4 cuillères à soupe de lait
