This is so me. Most of my adult life I chose jobs where I don't punch a timeclock. That's too stressful. I get there when I want and leave when I want. I've never made much money but I am happy bcs I am free.

This just really confirmed that I’m an ISFP. Freedom is my main need. Thank you!

This is spot on. I have detached so many times and given up tons of money because Getting money is so easy if you submit to mundanity…and I just can’t do it.

I’d prefer to live in danger of financial ruin than under someone’s control.

Yes. I got my associates degree in a field I had zero interest in not because I desired to but because I knew it was “a safe bet”. And honestly the main driving factor was proving people wrong who said I wouldn’t. Never used it. I am at the same job I was at 17, (39 now) working with children & I love it. At this point I have much more freedom to set my hours & do things how I want but I never could see myself contently punching a clock & doing something simply to make good money. We have struggled at times & I did work multiple jobs when the need arose but am now at the point between my husband & I that we have enough & that’s all I want or need.

What a great explanation of this. You are so good with your TE.

Im an ISFP, but I am uncharacteristic in the way that Im actually good at handling and investing money. Im more wealthy than the average person. However, I dont brag about it, neither do I hold money very high in whats important in life. There are many investments in life that are more important than financial ones - like investments in your body, soul, experienses, hobbies, wisdom, etc. I do like having financial saving tho, because it makes me more relaxed, and I could quit my job on a dime w/o worry. (I work only 80%, partly to enjoy my freetime more).
