i tried this tonight..normally i gobble down 4 to 5 rotis within 10 minutes. Today I gave about 10 minutes for 1 roti..and damn!! at 1.5 roti I felt I was overfed. I somehow completed 2 rotis...this stuff works for real (drink your food and eat your drink)

To be honest after practicing this habit. I am enjoying food, a lot more than I used to. I feel satiated with 60% less food. Now I started getting conscious of real hunger, food and it’s properties. This not a diet, it’s just a right way to eat.
I took small bites and chew the food a lot before swallowing it and I ended up eating less than before.I lost 10 kg in 2.5 months just by doing this but I also drank a lot of water and lessen my Junk food intake.

I see a lot of difference like My BP came to a standard from 140/100 ( had this from past 10 years) to 110/80, also with additional benefits of better digestion, better bowel movements, no headaches and so on. I'm always the last one to finish eating and also the slimmest. I had to do a search because I'd recently noticed a large majority of people chewing enough to swallow food. This video and many others are making a lot of sense.
I've been doing this now for about a month and a half, but I'm losing track. I had my yearly doctor's visit about three weeks into the practice of this chewing, and my blood pressure was lower than it's been in absolute ages, something like 123 over 70. It had been running about 130 over 80. I haven't changed how I eat. I have been on mostly whole fresh/frozen foods for a long time, with almost no junk food such as pizza. I have not been weighing myself, either before or after. But my clothes are fitting better, my stomach has gone down, and I don't have bloating any more. I am feeling better, with far more energy and motivation to do stuff. About a week ago I went out and bought a three-wheeled bike. I am having the time of my life. Before, my energy was taxed just going to the mailbox. I have been riding the bike all over the neighborhood and a bit beyond. Enjoying my food much more, and I am not worrying about what I am eating, or if I should eat such and such. Getting full sooner and this is with still watching videos while I eat. But that is tricky, so be mindful of the chewing.

Not really defensive, more emphatic about it. I have performed the "big mac" experiment myself, and it was... shall we say, less than pleasant. I have not willingly eaten at Mc Donalds since. And really, that's the point Sandeep was making. He didn't sit down with a list of foods he could and could not eat. Rather, he started really experiencing every food he was eating, and found he no longer enjoyed nasty foods and couldn't stuff himself with junk as easily.
I learnt it very hard way but i appreciate what it taught me that day. I have been practicing this for last 1.5 months and this simple habit has miraculously changed my life. My digestion system has improved, no bloating, no gastric issues, feels easy all day and comfortable. It feels great all day long. Moreover, i eat less and feel fuller. Its amazing. Guys try this.
I tried this approach and I could see the change immediately. In 3 weeks ~3 kg reduced. One more extra thing I did is Il complete my dinner 3 hrs before I go to bed. Other than this I didn't do anything new.

It requires setting aside longer times at meals, and some foods require more than 32 chews per bite. Moreover, see animals around us. The way they eat and drink. Slowly, steadily...they dont get issues which we humans do. Have you seen a dog drinking water? They drink slow and easy and not like us gulping water speedily down the throat. Notice and observe from animals because we humans who are so called educated are ignoring lot of simple habits.
I've picked this up quite easily, I was usually the 1st one to finish my meals, now I'm usually the last due to chewing my food properly till it's like paste before swallowing and it's already helped me with energy levels, I feel fine after my meals where as before I became lethargic, had heavy eye's and couldn't be bothered to move much.

The Fatty food might be "unhealthy" to an individual who is overweight however the same food could be very beneficial to someone who is battling with a difficulty on building mass. If you position is to "eat healthy" I feel that is far too general of order. Would it not be better to eat with goals in mind?

Funny. Was eating apple sauce during the volunteer on stage chewing 32 times😁. Also a banana . What if oatmeal was added also? How many times do you chew? Seriously though. It is a good idea to chew at least 32 times. It also takes about 20 minutes to feel satiated when or after eating. Have a happy new year everyone.
I feel this will work for people who keep on eating until they feel full. However for people like us, we have set a limit beyond which we don't eat. Like 1 roti only for dinner or lunch. No matter what, we don't exceed this self imposed limit. Anyway, it is a good habit to chew properly and then swallow. Will follow to see if it helps in some reduction
