Haha thanks for the shoutout Brodie!

This was fascinating. Thanks for taking us on the tour, Brodie!
Great behind the scenes! I watch MLB Tonight, NHL Tonight and NFL GameDay Live on their perspective networks and I imagine they all have a similar set up.
Now I’ll never see them the same again.😅
This is truly great content. I remember noticing the then CSN Bay Area building one time when I was a media obsessed teenager visiting the city, and I thought about how cool it would be to go inside and get a tour of the studio and newsroom from Greg Papa (for some reason I wanted it to be him, probably because he hosted all the pre/postgame shows I watched lol)
This is way better though
Take your kid to work day. Love it.
You're a professional broadcaster, Brodie! Step away from those e-crayons!... 😮...You're having way too much fun for that line of work!...
great video! i would love to see more behind the scenes stuff like this!
I love the NBC Bay Area studios, Brodie. Go Niners!
From a supporter of Southern California.
Cool tour Brodie
That was very cool Brodie. I dig the behind the scenes stuff.
Very cool Mr Brazil you have an awsome job sir
Fascinating! Thanks for the tour.
Great video...watched it to the very end
Yay Josh!!!
Great behind the scenes look!!
I was in SF last week and walked right past this office
Brodie please do one of these for your home studio.
coming up later this week!
This is really interesting actually, thanks for the tour! I love the behind the scenes stuff
Interesting stuff!
i like that. i never really seen you on tv but i enjoy the tour. most sets are prob setup close to the same so its vary nice to see a tour.. loved it.
Those light panels got ya boi 🥵
Wait a second, I understand Kings games on in Sacramento region are on California…so that means when they do pre and post game they are actually doing it from San Francisco when they are not doing it from the arena? That’s a lovely drive for Morgan and Kyle.
This video gave me major John Madden vibes with your use of the telestrator haha.
Cool video. Behind the scenes stuff is really fun to see for anyone of all ages. When do we get to have a meet and greet with the guy who does the NBC Sports voiceovers? Sounds like he does your intro on this channel!
good call. i can connect with our current voice "guy". the one on my videos is our older "voice".
Wonderful, informative video. One thing that I would have asked our 'tour guide' is how many people are present on that set when you are broadcasting something. I gather that the robotic cameras eliminate the need for several cameramen to be on the set?
Well done.
yes, it's generally pretty empty in the studio
@brodiebrazil thank you for reading my comment/question and replying. I know it must be time consuming to read, let alone reply to comments. I found your channel thru 'The Hockey Guy' (Shannon) and I'm glad that I did.
This is an awesome video! Thanks Brodie!
What a cool video, thanks for sharing. Question - if the Giants and As or Warriors have a game that ends at the same time, how do you guys use this space to cover all post games?
we prerecord sometimes. go to the stadium site sometimes. things usually fit or overlap like puzzle pieces
enjoyed, very entertaining !
I love this stuff. Seems like it would be distracting to see multiple TVs of yourself as you’re trying to talk to the camera.
the "forbidden" corner, never film it! the voldemort corner of the studio 😂
So cool to see how it is! Don't live in the USA, but you mention the image of the Golden Gate Bridge isn't ideal. What would have been a better image for the Bay Area?
Great video! Do you keep any of your Bic 4 color pens in those pen cups?
haha, nope i don't leave those out in the wild. keep them back safe in my work bag
very cool is the giants NBC set the same?
same one
👍
So how does it work when you have multiple pregame shows at once? Bay Bridge series? Or baseball football conflict?
Hey Brodie, say hi to Von Ryan for me. I believe he is/was the jib arm operator.
VR is the OG! Been around since the beginning. A true champion. I will tell him!
@@brodiebrazil we used to work together at TFC
So, what happens when the team goes to Vegas? Do you move the studio to Nevada? Does Comcast have a presence there?
Are you & Stew or shooty relegated to the smaller studio when Giants & A's are on at the same time?
What happens when there is a Warriors, Kings & Sharks game going on at the same time? Is that when you and your Anylist get sent down to SAP for Pre & Post?
yep, pretty much all of that
Does that plant behind you on you right ever need watering?
Since all the teams pre and post are using the same studio, how do you juggle it when the shows overlap?
we have 2 studios. generally make it so they don't overlap. sometimes pretape a pregame show or take it on the road when 3-4 teams playing same night
@@brodiebrazil You said there was 2 studios at the start...I just missed it. Thanks for the tour and response. You all will keep doing the A's coverage for the 3 years in Sacramento right?
Bring the Covid lettuce back Brodie 😂
Btw you’re the best man!
Next pandemic I’m shaving my head 😳
hey brodie i am intrested doing sports presenter i am pursuing 12th. After completing my 12th what course should i prefer to become a sports presenter ,Would please reply me its my career
plz reply me
i wanna be one of those guys in the corner
Just curious what are the dangers of being a broadcaster? Light bulbs blowing up or cameras crashing together? Equipment falling on you?😊
lack of sleep, stress, and surrounded by criticism is more likely a real danger haha. they take a lot of precautions around the equipment.
You don't have to watch the game?
i might have only missed 5-7 minutes here. can check the tape at any time
