I assumed that if each one for all user lived to be at least 30 then all for one is about 240 years old so yeah (8 users before deku). And since we never got most users ages then he could be older.
So while he doesn’t seem like he was in the first generation we know all for one’s doctor is at least 120 years old. So we can extrapolate from that a relative age for all for one

All For One essentially created the quirk one for all; when he gave his brother a strengthening quirk without knowing that his brother had a stockpiling quirk. Hence the Cain and Abel reference.
Its not a strengthening quirk, its a stockpiling quirk thwt is given to all for one's brother, the first ofa user only has a transferance quirk, basically your just giving away your power is what all it does but when it merged with the stockpiling quirk and the transferance quirk it became as one for all

Hello Sir Apple i saw comment and i can see your point of view which i also had at one point when i first saw the series but as i read the manga and the anime there are some things which made me question them like : First in chapter 221 we are informed that shigaraki is 20 years old and deku is 16 at the time . At the beggining of the series deku is 14 and all might says he was injured 5 years prior when deku was 9 and since shigaraki is 4 years older that means he was 13 years old at the time . Which takes to the more important fact being that in the manga tomura shigaraki (Tenko Shimura) had an abusive father that used to beat him because like any other kid tomura wanted to become a hero when he grows up while his father hated heroes because his mother Nana Shimura , tenkos grandmother chose to be a hero instead of being a mother and when she sent him away (before Tenko and his siblings were born) to hide him away from AFO and took All Might under her (as her succesor), made him to believe that hero society and All Might took his mother away making tomuras father to hate anything related to heroes and especially All Might whom tomura was actually a fan of , fact which made his beatings a lot harder. Now that we set the stage we are getting to the crucial point that being the fact that tomura was getting mentally unstable from the abuse since we were told that he didnt have a quirk (which means he was not even 4 years old) plus the fact that his siblings were not helping him made him feel isolated . Isolation + Abuse + Being a 4 year old = mental breakdown which ends with tomura awakening his quirk DECAY and ends up MURDERING his abusive father and later his entire FAMILY , after which he escapes and wonders the strets plus evrytime he asks ANYBODY for help they are like '' Nah men let him be the heroes will take care of him '' like idiots who cant even call an ambulance or police , ending with none other than AFO finding him in a fight in an alleyway with some small level villains and finding the truth about who he is and starting to make his GRAND PLAN TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD , you know the classic BIG PICTURE like any villain. Finally comes the most important part in AFO plan that being BRAINWASHING tomura for the next couple of years , something tahat was happening albeit at a small pace but never the less was happening which takes us to the fact that in the beggining tomura was hating on heroes but more like Stain (everybody is a fake except All Might) so AFO needed to make shigaraki hate All Might but not make it obvious ( the idea about brainwashing somebody is to be subtle about it and not make obvious because the person in question will start to doubt you ). So i belive AFO lost the battle against All Might on purpose to make shigaraki truly hate All Might and wish to kill him but i know sounds a little far fetched lets not forget that All Might himself said that he was sure he killed AFO in their last battle while in fact AFO was alive (barely but still alive) and lests not forget that by this time shigaraki is 13 years old so that means that AFO was grooming him to be his succesor for 9 years by this point so yeah I truly bealieve that AFO pulled an old strategy called '' LOSE THE FIGHT IN ORDER TO WIN THE WAR '' type strategy to get what he wants which takes us to next step. Second his rematch against All Might , by this point Shigaraki was starting to truly become a leader for LOV but AFO knew that as long he is around tomura will live in his shadow so he losses on purpose AGAIN so that he is locked away and tomura is forced to grow at a ridiculou pace and trully become the next leader. I mean come on we are talking about a guy whose design and personality was inspired by DARTH VADER and mentality by DARTH SIDIOUS so i do not believe that he would attack All Might with a giant fist instead of shooting at him with the air cannon until All Might was truly out that was just reckless and sloppy for a guy who is around 200 years old so that means he has around 160-170 years of experience and is known for his manipulation and being cunning and a super smart strategist so yeah he lost on purpose to make tomura grow faster. Third and final fact is that is his character , lets not forget that AFO mentality was inspired by DARTH SIDIOUS from star wars a power hungry tyrant who wanted immortality so that he can rule forever which takes us back to AFO just who is he well he is power hungry tyrant who wants to rule world BUT what is his other obsession that being ending OFA by stealing it fact which he isnt capable of because of his broather being the first user and all. All this takes us to the shigaraki from the Paranormal Liberation Front after hid body was modified to be as strong as prime all might (but was stated that he was able to use only 75% because his body was still not ready you know unstable) how nine was supposedly the prototype for shigaraki and the fact that after receiving AFO shigaraki was stated to be able to take OFA but failed because he was not strong enough but still has a good chance after getting stronger So after all this i do not believe that AFO will take it down i mean he is too power hungry to ever give anybody anything without expecting it back so i believe his final plan is something like he secretely has a mind transference quirk whom he didnt give to shigaraki so that after shigaraki and PLF defeat the heroes and free him and tomuras body stabilizes and is at 100% AFO will take his body , this way AFO gets a new young powerful body capable of stealing OFA and insulting Nana Shimura in her death by stealing her grandsons body (he's literally pulling a CAPTAIN GINYU or DIO) thus becoming the winner in the end or something along those lines because it just fits his character so much this way the heroes fall he gets a new body far more powerful than his old one and there is no quirk out there that is safe anymore SO PRETTY MUCH HE WINS AND EVERYBODY LOSSES THAT BEING HIS PLAN FROM THE VERY BEGGINING PROVING HIS SMARTS IN BEING A BATTLE TACTICIAN AND STRATEGIST FITTING HIS CHARACTER REALLY WELL. Well that is my opinion on the character based on his design personality mentality and actions by this point but if you know anything else or can correct me on some other things please procced , by then have a nice day. Cut to Kamino Ward, All For One knows that Shigaraki needs something to motivate him, something to make him truly despise All Might, he also knows that as he is, he can’t beat All Might in a fight. So what does he do? He realizes that his problems cancel each other out, he fights All Might but he can’t beat him so he’s taken down. Shigaraki sees this and begins to despise All Might. All For One’s goal is accomplished now he just has to wait. Why didn’t he use the Air Cannon or any other ranged ability? Because he knew the fight was being broadcast and wanted to show the world their precious Symbol of Peace being matched or beaten at his own specialty by the Symbol of Evil. That would send shockwaves through their society as a whole. He’s very much not an idiot, he knows what he wants, how to get it and, more importantly, his own limitations.

Daniel Dominguez Think of his backstory, he’s a bullied kid that was powerless that then received a power that was too much for him to handle. His reaction to that was to use it even with the immense pain. It’s a miracle that he doesn’t cry after even 1 fingertip 100%. He’s an emotional kid, he’s not strong and silent. He’s also got an unhealthy obsession with emulating All Might. That’s why his Shoot Style took so long, All Might doesn’t usually kick, he punches, so Izuku never thought of it. His actions make sense, he’s a fantastic main character. Also, while I see your point about watching before reading Is just like to point out that when you read the manga, in exchange for knowing what’s gonna happen you get an insane amount of hype for how the anime is going to look. Like Monster Overhaul vs Infinite 100% Deku, I read that a year or so before season 4 came out and my thoughts were about how insane it’s gonna look in the anime. I was right. There is some upcoming stuff that I’m genuinely sad I don’t get to see animated yet. The best arc in MHA is being adapted in season 5 and I cannot wait. Well, the current manga arc might be better but it’s not over yet so who knows. There are moments in the current manga arc that are gonna set the MHA fan base on fire. I cannot wait.

Actually i haven't I prefer to watch the animation first to me it provides a better experience then after to read the manga
I admit Midoriya has gotten better as a character but for me some decision he makes and the first impression play a hard part.

Think of his backstory, he’s a bullied kid that was powerless that then received a power that was too much for him to handle.
His reaction to that was to use it even with the immense pain.
It’s a miracle that he doesn’t cry after even 1 fingertip 100%.
He’s an emotional kid, he’s not strong and silent.
He’s also got an unhealthy obsession with emulating All Might.
That’s why his Shoot Style took so long, All Might doesn’t usually kick, he punches, so Izuku never thought of it.
His actions make sense, he’s a fantastic main character.
Also, while I see your point about watching before reading Is just like to point out that when you read the manga, in exchange for knowing what’s gonna happen you get an insane amount of hype for how the anime is going to look.
Like Monster Overhaul vs Infinite 100% Deku, I read that a year or so before season 4 came out and my thoughts were about how insane it’s gonna look in the anime.
I was right.
There is some upcoming stuff that I’m genuinely sad I don’t get to see animated yet.
The best arc in MHA is being adapted in season 5 and I cannot wait.
Well, the current manga arc might be better but it’s not over yet so who knows.
There are moments in the current manga arc that are gonna set the MHA fan base on fire.
