就是要移动到近球的位置再打球。离球太远，动作会变形，容易发生失误。移动需要判断位置。专业运动员从对手的打球动作就能猜出位置，移动到位。新手是球到跟前才能判断出位置，所以几乎跟不上球，动作不协调。
