The fact that the electricity is still being paid tells me that the property isn't abandoned.
My wife and I watched (along with a group of bystanders) a group of “Explorers” get arrested just before Thanksgiving. The house and property was still owned by the family. What a gorgeous home. I think the machine in the basement is a pachinko. The goal is to win as many of the balls as you can and trade them in for prizes.
@Kate Gulick Yep... I think every video I've watched of an abandoned Canadian house, there's ALWAYS a Pachinko machine and one or more of those leather wine Botas someplace.... And a giant Sombrero, too...🤣
I would not be surprised as I read thru these comments if I see a comment with someone exclaiming THATS MY GRANNIES HOUSE ! Ya I don't think this one is abandoned...
You said it's been sitting for 2 years? I bet it's not abandoned. I'm betting they passed away from covid or old age and the house hasn't been dealt with yet. Kinda scary to think people just help themselves into an empty house 😲
Yea i dont think the house is abandoned they passed away an the family hasnt been able to come. An this guys just going an touching all there stuff playing there games thats some bad karma noone leaves guns behind probably a stubburn old man house.
Such disrespect for the cremated remains - can you not let people Rest In Peace? Seems very strange to me that the lights still function if no one lives there and what gives you the right to open and display things like the guns? As interesting as this might be, you are trespassing on private property without permission I’m guessing. I question the ethics of what you are doing is all.
OMG ALWAYS A FREAKING CRY BABY,RESPECT FOR THE DEAD HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO THEM URNS AND THEY ARE NOT THERE NOR ON EARTH ANYMORE STOP WITH YOUR CRYING BS FOR REAL GROW UP🙄🙄🙄
Thank you for showing these sad home… at the end when you focus on the two urns, there is a single Orb passes from left to right. So the individuals you said are both dead, looks like, family cremated the bodies and placed the two containers inside the home closed and locked the doors. And walked away. So in all actuality the home itself is the burial tomb.
Between 17:52 & 17:58 you can see 2 orbs, 1 flyin in between & over the earns, & 1 bouncin around on the floor, & again an orb runs over his shirt in front of him while he's sittin in the chair, & no, it's not dust, he was not alone in this house. Rest in Peace.
@@Freaktography I always notice orbs, I started readin Tarot in 2019, ever since then the spirit's in my apartment have been quite rambunctious, caught them in body form in some pics also, I've had 2 of them zoom rite by my head in my basement after speaking aloud that I wanted to photograph them, one was the size of a basketball!
The house is in great condition with a nice decorations. That hospital bed made me think of my dad & how we had outside nurses coming over to his house to help him until he passed. Its how the natural progression of life happens. If the person died & was not able to make a Will the legal heirs can have a long road ahead of them. Even with a Will it takes time to settle everything among the heirs to the estate. With no executor that in itself can be a real mess legally.
How is this ok? It’s one thing to explore a house that is falling apart but this is someone’s property for sure . Could be an older person that has to go into a nursing home BUT not a house to help yourself to !! This is trespassing
I feel like you shouldn’t have been in this house. If there’s still electricity there and a lot of belongings left and those urns, somebody lives there or did and they haven’t moved everything out. Bad idea going through this place.
Are you allowed to just go into someone’s home and explore? Dead or not, is it the right thing to do? Do they have family somewhere else? Shouldn’t you have called the police so they can investigate and possibly find family members? Isn’t this breaking an entering at the least? Again, please don’t be offended but I’m worried that you are teaching younger people that if they don’t see activity on a property that it’s ok to just go in and explore.
No its definitely trespassing, breaking and entering, if anything got taken its possession of stolen property, small cash value petty theft large cash value grand theft, if any stolen item is sold, its dealing in stolen property.... Misdemeanors and felonies all day...
I feel weird about this video. I'm watching a guy breaking and entering a home that is obviously not "abandoned" since the lights are still on. The owner may have passed away but due to covid the family might be stuck in another country and unable to come and deal with everything. Imagine finally able to come home just to find that someone went through all of your belongings and even possibly taken some things.
I think the husband or wife were Japanese, chopsticks in the sink, japanese prints hung up on the wall, shitaki mushrooms in the pantry, slippers near the garage entrance, and the pachinko machine.
The game is called a "pachinko" and it is of Japanese origin. Like bagatelle, it's a precursor to what evolved into pinball, but it stayed very popular in Japanese culture and was modernized into electronic form (I have one I restored). It's a gambling machine of sorts - the player would get a bucket of steel balls for some amount of money from the vendor, and play. When the balls fall into the small target pockets, the game plays chimes and pays out stored bonus balls. The player could collect these balls and cash them out with the vendor. When running with a full complement of balls, they can be quite loud!
I have a Pachinko machine from 1970 once the ball bounces say into the center you might get like 50 balls and it lights up makes different noises you just keep hitting the leaver nonstop. The steel balls start at the top goes through the back of the machine into the plastic container at the bottom and you have to keep refilling to keep playing the game In perfect condition you're lucky if they're worth $200 dollars..💰💰💰🥂
Yeah. Don't touch people's cremated remains. Very disrespectful. It's evident that this house is not "Abandoned" but in a limbo state until new ownership is obtained. Someone's footing the electric bill.

Probate can take many years to finalize, unless you have permission from the power of attorney to enter it is trespassing and ethically wrong to be there.
Not sure how you confirmed that the owners "passed". Tags on the car are 2019, the year prior to Covid. Power appears to be on in the house (unlikely if abandoned). The Asian food items and utensils lead me to believe the owners could have traveled to another country and may not have the ability to return at this time due to travel restrictions. Sorry brother, this was trespassing and self incrimination, not "exploring". The human remains and hospital bed were not nearly as sad as you breaking into someone's house and posting it all over the web. If it were my house, you would be prosecuted.
Why is it unlocked then? Wouldn't they have hired someone to take care of the property? It's well overgrown. It's abandoned for sure. Power is often left on for whatever reason.
The previous occupants may have died but the present owner did not give you permission to roam around there. This is trespass. Would I be welcome to roam around your home, just because you are not there? .Or would you have to be absent for "two years". By your logic, all expats, working abroad or with aid agencies, are open to your intrusion if they remain away for your magical 2 years!! Lock the property, notify the police that it is open to intruders+ go home to remove this video before the owner / police see it because trespass carries heavy penalties.
Please don’t be offended by this question: How did you know it was abandoned and why were you in there? Do you have to get permission to enter or do you just walk in? I’m very curious as I see these kinds of videos all the time. Do you just help yourself to expensive things like the guns or whatever you find? Are they up for grabs? Please let me know as I searched the comments and couldn’t find any answers. Thank you, we enjoyed the video.
As a follower of a lot of explorers they generally and serious follow several “rules:” Only enter a location that has an unsecured entrance, do not remove anything, show respect (no graffiti or vandalizing) and leave it like you found it. It’s kind of a self policing community, esp the Canadian explorers in and around Toronto/Ontario. I am not of the community or from Canada but I think for the most part they do a good job. Eventually vandals and squatters find these places and prob 90 percent are sold to developers. Hope this helps.
Who knows what happened to the rifle but may be a good idea to take it yo prevent some kid or thug from getting it. I think I would try to find out who owns it. I wonder who is paying the power bill if they been gone 2 years. Somebody will ramsack it looking for money. Mist older people kept large sums of cash hidden in there homes.
It is a great question. I know when we had people explore our family members house...they were arrested, they had taken things and no I refused to drop the charges. All three are facing up to seven years in prison for trespassing, breaking and entering, burglary, and vandalism. It is a crime to enter a house without permission. It's still private property.
@@lynnwassenaar5088 I kinda thought that. Thank you for responding. I still think it can be dangerous going into someone’s home or a home you may think is empty.

Though I love these types of videos, they can at times make me sad; this on in particular. Many see an abandoned house, I see more. I see a place where there were at once people. I see a house where love, arguments, laughter, tears, life and death once existed. I hope there are living relatives that can save this house from being looted and vandalized. This house needs to have people living in it again, more so, it deserves to belong to someone. I would hate to see it looted and vandalized. I noticed the power is still on which either means that the bills are being paid by someone, or the power company never turns someone off for non-payment.
Keep watching these kinds of videos and you will see many homes that have been empty for 5+ years with the power still on ! I'm sure it's a mistake by the power company.
What you have just done is illegal. In a just world you will face charges and then learn from your mistake. But you will probably not face changes, and you will keep doing this for money.
If the electric is still on someone is paying the bills,I don't think this house is abandened, along with cremation remains still there.my neighbor passed away the house set in estate for 2 years while the estate was settled, during that time the utilities were Paid. This may not be the case but questionable.
Here in the northern states we have what we call 'snow birds'. Retirees that spend the winter months in Florida or Arizona. Many times they eventually start spending most of their time in the south but still maintain their other home. Its not abandoned. You need to start going to the local city assessors website and check the address for owner info before you go into homes like this. At some point the owners of this house are going to see this video and charge you.
Things aren't adding up...been abandoned for 2 years...yet the windows...skylights etc are spotless ....hmmm. guns out in the open and nobody has bothered them....I smell a rat
What an interesting find, abandoned for only 2 years, and in such beautiful shape. I hope this one is saved before vandals discover it. Thanks for the tour. Plus have a safe and Happy New year.
Maybe someone ought turn this guy in to the authorities and have him investigated. If this was my family’s home and someone broke in or trespassed the property, you should expect to get hauled off to jail. I will never watch another video of his ever again after this!!!
Interesting that some of the lights were still on. I'm waiting for the day someone comes out on one of these RUclipsrs. They be like why are you on my property and in my house.
My grandmother passed in 2020. Her house is pretty much empty with the exception of a kitchen table, a couch, and a few things on the wall, but remains standing on our family farmland. That absolutely doesn't mean anyone has permission to go into it. My aunt dusts it every couple of weeks, my dad checks it every weekend, it's 150 years old and slowly deteriorating, still has electric and heat but it absolutely is not open season for anyone to enter. This house looks semi recently lived in. Why would anyone leave weapons? We left absolutely nothing of value in my grandmother's house and still would never allow someone into the house.
Hard to believe in this time we live in this house has not been disturbed, looted, trashed, etc. Without giving any location information is this home in a place away from "civilization" where people still respect the rights of privacy? How far from a major city? Have the property taxes been paid? An interesting project would be to do a little genealogy research.
I think this place is about as abandoned as my detached garage is. Abandoned means left on its own with no intervention by anyone. That place looks locked up/was locked up and looked after by someone. I fear, someone is going to see this and go, I know who lived there because I've been there a lot......and then, the mass looting is gonna start. This is part of someone's estate, who may live far away, and is paying a property manager to take care of it. Interesting but unsettling video......
Dude, you're trespassing and bc of this video this house is going to get vandalized and the guns will be stolen along with anything else that anyone wants to take. This house is NOT abandoned.

This house looks like it's straight out of 1980. The electricity is likely on autopay out of an escrow account, until the estate is settled. Depending on the battle amongst the heirs or relatives or debt collectors, this could very well take YEARS to settle. However, this house needs to be secured better to keep trespassers OUT.
I find it odd that's it's been abandoned for 2 years an the electric is still on. Someone has to be paying that bill. No electric company is going to leave the electric on for 2 years without getting paid.

What a gorgeous home. I think the machine in the basement is a pachinko. The goal is to win as many of the balls as you can and trade them in for prizes.
Yes packing machine.

People i know have utilities taken out of the bank automatically... So as long as that happens???
There as no dust on anything trespassing. As fare as I know it's not abandoned, disrespectful is hat you are
I agree, if it was abandoned there wouldve been alot of dust and no power.. this is just trespassing.
Also house damage.
I saw the same thing very interesting. The orb could of escaped when he lifted the lid off that one urn.
Orbs? Nonsense. That was a speck of dust or a bug flying by, out of focus. Most orbs are simply light refracting in the lens.
My friends parents died and she didn't go pack up their house and sell it till yearsssss later.
Hi Angela how are you doing with your family I do hope you’re safe from the virus?
Between 17:52 & 17:58 you can see 2 orbs, 1 flyin in between & over the earns, & 1 bouncin around on the floor, & again an orb runs over his shirt in front of him while he's sittin in the chair, & no, it's not dust, he was not alone in this house. Rest in Peace.

There are 2 more orbs at the end starting at 18:40, one flying right over him.
Yes I saw that as well.
I felt same way .. I wasn't able to go to my mothers house for a while after she passed.
How is this ok? It’s one thing to explore a house that is falling apart but this is someone’s property for sure . Could be an older person that has to go into a nursing home BUT not a house to help yourself to !!
This is trespassing
Agree! It would’ve been obvious it was abandoned, theres no dust or any house damage, the house could still be on probate.
Looks like your a trespassing Thiefe beings you have place the gun by the door way to take when you leave
going into any abandoned place is trespassing regardless if there’s power or not.
Really dude your trespassing and the owners of this house should prosecute you.
I was thinking the same, despite me liking this type of content.
No its definitely trespassing, breaking and entering, if anything got taken its possession of stolen property, small cash value petty theft large cash value grand theft, if any stolen item is sold, its dealing in stolen property.... Misdemeanors and felonies all day...
So this is what we called trespassing back in the day. Pawing through dead peoples' things.

That was my first thought this guy is probably burglarizing the place. Very creepy and more than likely illegal.

When running with a full complement of balls, they can be quite loud!
was hoping the ball in the video would fall into one of the target pockets so you could experience its full potential lol.
If there is power in the house IT IS NOT ABANDONED!!!! You broke into private property!
it's called criminal trespass.
Yeah. Don't touch people's cremated remains. Very disrespectful. It's evident that this house is not "Abandoned" but in a limbo state until new ownership is obtained. Someone's footing the electric bill.
I'm not watching any more of this guy's videos. His comments on here have proven his utter lack of disrespect for humans in general.

Probate can take many years to finalize, unless you have permission from the power of attorney to enter it is trespassing and ethically wrong to be there.
Watching this makes me feel a bit sad, because it looks like someone's grandparents just stepped out and will be back any minute😢
Looks so much like my own Grandparent's home back in the day...
Power is often left on for whatever reason.
is anyone else confused about these comments? any “urban exploring” is literally trespassing

Please don’t be offended by this question:
How did you know it was abandoned and why were you in there?

Thanks for your insights and thoughts
The power could be on auto pay and if their is money in their account it will still get paid until it runs out
Keep watching these kinds of videos and you will see many homes that have been empty for 5+ years with the power still on ! I'm sure it's a mistake by the power company.
That's a Pachinko machine with the steel balls.
This is NOT OK. Unless you have permission from the owners or estate it is break and entering, a open door or window does not change anything.
Things aren't adding up...been abandoned for 2 years...yet the windows...skylights etc are spotless ....hmmm. guns out in the open and nobody has bothered them....I smell a rat
I hope that you have permission to be in there if not you just committed a felony.
Trespassing criminal! Someone report this guy to the local sheriffs department.
Why don't you? Lol
This is breaking and entering and you should be prosecuted.
Thank you for having a back story...it drives me crazy no knowing about why the people left
I'm pretty sure they wouldn't leave the power on for the last two years without someone paying the bill.

Same here it so awesome. Hi Annal hope you’re doing well with your family?
Why do I believe someone moved to their home land and stayed there. With the possibility of paying electric bill was there water pressure?
Are you really suppose to be here. Surely the door was locked?
Love the format change!
First time viewer and now a subscriber. Great video but sad at the same time. A complete mystery.
Thanks for the sub!
Interesting but unsettling video......
ok then

YES, SADNESS IS A THING IN PLACES LIKE THIS
I'm still confused about how places abandoned for 2-25 years & STILL have electricity? Doesn't someone need to pay a monthly bill?
@@kingdomrunt It's possible he was having his utilities taken directly from his checking account. The monthly bill is probably marginal and if he had funds left in his account, it could last for a long whilte.

Hey thanks
Very nice you were given permission to do this.
I don't think you should disclose any weapons that you might find in a house.
