It is probably safe to say many people in that line have no clue what amendment 3 is. As long as the law says this lady can do what she’s doing then she can. How, hard is it to politely say “I’m not interested in what you have to say please leave me alone.”? Don’t clutch your pearls. Don’t get your little feelings hurt. I have a good friend from Argentina who has traveled the US extensively, and she once commented/questioned me: “Americans get offended quite easily don’t they?” On that I had to agree.

Anyone remember when the Black Panthers were at the polling stations in Philly for Obama? There were precincts with 19,000 votes cast and not a single vote for the Republican. Imagine that.
Some of the Propositions are worded very tricky and most of the time you are just guessing unless you know ahead of time what the proposition is about. I get my ballot in the mail and have 2 weeks to research everything while filling it out at my own pace. Then on election day I drop it of at the ballot box.
If you don't know what you're voting for/against then best not to vote on that issue. I don't live in MO, but it took me all of 3 seconds to Google Amendment 3 and find out its about Ab0r$hUn. So if I was still unsure about the ballot language, I'd check with Planned Parenthood, or Right to Life and follow their recommendations.
Actually shes not wrong - do your FULL research and check out who supports each amendment... the language on the ballot is purposefully vague and ultimately misleading on several of the amendments. My wife and I sit down each election cycle and research every judge, amendment, and politician before making decisions... the more local they are, the more you have to research.

Actually I'm thankful for people who explain certain ballot issues because some ballots try to confuse voters. I've seen it happen to older voters. They're not sure what they're voting for.
This could be a valuable service. Many don't know about ballot initiatives, and the wording doesn't always describe what it is going to do. Best to pull up a sample ballot on line first, then research what the initiative is about, from both sides. If you already know how you are voting just politely ask them to move one. No big deal.

At the end of the voting night, my wife and I were apalled at the HUGE amount of red bags filled with votes left on the ground outside of post office night drop boxes. There wasnt enough room to hold them so people running other voting stations just threw their bags at the base of the postal containers and drove off.
I spent the night in my car until 6 a.m. protecting the votes.
Please!
Please! Keep an eye on the night time collection boxes at your local post offices. Please contact your local post master to make sure these boxes are emptied completely of normal mail before voting day.
Thank you America!
God bless you.
I agree with the gentleman. This stuff doesn't happen in Minnesota. Signs on private property are fine but not at a polling facility. Not sure what goes on in Minneapolis in an urban area. I think here they'd be told to leave the property of the voting facility. That lady is very intrusive.
If someone doesn’t WANT her information, she needs to respect THEIR rights!
Most certain that Karen's cause didn't sway anyone's vote.
Maybe against her cause.
People like her aren't liked very much by other people.
I voted already and i voted for the very best candidate In my humble opinion, and i hope you enjoy our freedoms to vote for your very best candidate, go USA
This is why Missouri should be like Washington and the four other states that allow all mail-in ballots to be counted. Nobody is gonna come in my home and bother me - unless they want to meet my pals - Smith and Wesson.
She’s gonna irritate some voters
And she is going to give confidence to other voters.
@@tholi1052and who might they be ?
@@BillyBob-ix4ui Well, billyboybob, the ones that will be voting No on Amendment 3 and are strengthened by someone confirming their position.
I have a good friend from Argentina who has traveled the US extensively, and she once commented/questioned me:
“Americans get offended quite easily don’t they?” On that I had to agree.
Honestly this was real reporting. No one saying what politicsl side each person is on. Just the facts.
Nebraska has a 200 feet zone.
It’s like those annoying people in the store always trying to get you to sign up for free estimates and what not . If I need your services , I’ll call you
Anyone remember when the Black Panthers were at the polling stations in Philly for Obama? There were precincts with 19,000 votes cast and not a single vote for the Republican. Imagine that.
And that was a ducking mistake
Weren’t more votes cast than actual voters on the voter roll?
As a mater of fact I was just talking about that to someone a couple days ago
We ALL know why you hate Obama.
@MAGAisacult I suppose you are going to say I'm pregaist.
Their law is ridiculous. No one should be allowed to walk up to people in line to influence a vote on any matter on the ballot.
Whelp, Missouri is behind on a lot of things...
Here in MN it is illegal to do this within 100' of a polling place.
No expected in Missouri but this whole country has gone insane
Without even looking it up - abortion. Just a wild guess.
Missouri here. It’s shocking how radicalized the spoon fed cable news watchers have become.
Texas here, the problem isn't "cable news". It's alt-reality propaganda programing.
@@L8nitedave Nah, it's the left wing media.
All cable TV news and talk radio is awful. It's all mind rot.
@@NorthlanderMN All the right wing stuff is. Saying all of it is would be a false equivalency.
@@L8nitedaveyou have a funny way of saying Demorat news channels the ones that literally only spew white hate and antitrump.
Some of the Propositions are worded very tricky and most of the time you are just guessing unless you know ahead of time what the proposition is about. I get my ballot in the mail and have 2 weeks to research everything while filling it out at my own pace. Then on election day I drop it of at the ballot box.
also campaign and pac's run deceiftful ads to confuse people... this woman is doing a great service that many realize.
I do the same thing. I can look up the issues and candidates myself. I don't need the peanut gallery's opinion on who or what I should vote for.
@@littleangel4780 You are the reason that the voting boths are held up.
Always 6 to 8 minutes in and out in Boston, every year!
It's such a huge place too.
Hard to say who was harassing anyone from that clip.
If someone comes up to me and try to "educate" me on MY vote ,they are going to urgent care and I'm going to jail
lol you're going to assault someone over talking about their opinion to you? Tell me you're MAGA without telling me lololol. How fucking sad are you?
Plot twist, the little old lady was the one voting no on 3 and the big burly guy was the one voting yes on 3
TN were voting this is why we vote going to the polls our country is in trouble. They are burning the drop boxes now hopefully this will not be another 2020 election.
Meaning what?
It already is another cheat election.
Oregon & Washington where that happened are solid blue states, that was maga burning dem ballots
This type of campaigning is really unnecessary. During voting they shouldn’t be allowed to approach voters at all while in line…
We have a 300-foot distance from the entrance of any polling place.
Who's we?
@HawksDiesel Mississippi. It's part of our election laws. Along with voter ID.
I don't think that lady understands what a right is.
The way you dont understand what a law is?
@@ccrider3435 Is that one of those things that says you can't come into our country without permission?
huverdoose, might be one of those things that says you can't kill somebody. SURPRISE! People still do things we don't want them to do. Sure would be nice if the resources were in place to deal with it...if only congress would create a bi-partisan bill that gave the Border Patrol and judiciary more people, money, and technology to address the problem 🤣
Her: I'd like to explain the wording of this amendment.
Rational person: No thank you.
Rational person: Please proceed.
Irrational person: I gonna get in your FACE lady, you done bothered me. I'm going to waste my own time and blame you... (hand flailing) WAAAAA!!!!
I'm a poll watcher in NC. We've had reports of people doing that here as well.
I think many already know how they will vote. Canvassing should not be allowed at all at the voting centers
Actually I'm thankful for people who explain certain ballot issues because some ballots try to confuse voters. I've seen it happen to older voters. They're not sure what they're voting for.
It's your responsibility to educate yourself before voting. Cant imagine getting in a line to vote without already know what I am voting for.
Do your homework before you head to the polls then you won’t be so confused.
If you don’t know who or what you are voting for or against and you are in line to vote I don’t think you should be voting…
Make a crib sheet, most will allow you to write on paper who/what you wish to vote for and bring to ballot.
Happens all the time
The guy wanted to be everyone's victim.
Says the Professional victim /DemocRAT
This man is absolutely right and she needs to keep her opinions to herself !
And when a voter asks an activist to please move on because they aren’t interested the activist needs to quietly move on.
This could be a valuable service. Many don't know about ballot initiatives, and the wording doesn't always describe what it is going to do. Best to pull up a sample ballot on line first, then research what the initiative is about, from both sides. If you already know how you are voting just politely ask them to move one. No big deal.
They're like the kiosk perfume sprayers at the mall.
Let me take a wild guess, that guy is a trump supporter. Ain't nobody gonna talk me out of voting for Trump LOL
You guessed wrong the lady was supporting an amendment he did not. Your TDS is showing
VOTE BLUE 🔵🔵🔵 AMERICA
NO WAY!!
WAY
I’m not from Missouri but I’m always happy to get more information about amendments and policy, you can always politely decline.
There should not be any campaigning at voting areas. Her rights are legal but not ethical.
Calm down, we always have people handing out how to vote leaflets as your lining up. 😂😂🇦🇺
Not where I live.
Got to be the dodgy democrats panicking as usual.
You do know the knuckle dragger that punched a elderly poll worker in Texas was a right-wing MAGAchud ? The caveman took offense when he was asked not to wear his MAGA hat in the polling building. You MAGA's really believe your poop doesn't stink.
All the guy has to say is no thank you. Voters don't need "protection" from someone handing out a flyer, just say no thank you.
But she wouldn't leave lol
If people actually read amendment 3 that would change their minds
Change the law if you do not like it, don't twist the law or let it twist you. Put that on the ballot as an amendment next time.
Trump 24!!!
Vote Republican not communism
Another moron calling communism anything they don't like 😂
We need Trump back
I prefer Presidents who aren't Convicted Felons or Sexual Assaulters. That's already 2 strikes against Donald " White House Classified Documents Thief " Trump.
Oh, oh, call out the national guard on that one😂😂
I doubt 9 out of 10 people could tell you what was actually included in Amendment 3. I voted NO.
Thought it was against the law to have crap like this happening
It really should be extended to 500 feet
by the time election day rolls around is not the time to decide what you are going to do…
Campaigning is OVER
We had a nice time here in Newton County! The line was long but we made new friends, exchanged recipes and stories. Had a nice visit as well as voting! No one in my immediate area even discussed politics! ❤🎉My advice to those who haven’t gone yet, be sure to take water and go to the restroom before you get in line. Take something to fan with too. 👍
Missouri you have to vote for Trump or you're screwed
And you can tell so much about a person by their mature responses..
Trash law. Ban it altogether.
Proud to say I voted for Trump today!
Why is there even a queue that long?
I NEVER had to waiting longer than one or two people ahead of me in the UK.
They have those people where i vote too but I’ve never had them do anything but hand out fliers.
Where I voted at here in Davidson county NC they were required to stay what look like a 100 ft from the door going into to vote.
