Amazing to see Whitney and Bobby and Denzel all in the audience cheering you on! Also amazing to hear that Michael Jackson was coming up on the show. I was in the audience too! I was part of MJ's management at this time and had great seats. I remember watching this tribute.

I love it! I remember Ms Garrett being affiliated with the Festival of the Arts program that I was in back home in Detroit when I was a teenager. My God Mom Ms Kim Weston of Motown directed the program and a lot of my peers went on to work for some great folks such as Stevie Wonder Beyonce Lady Gaga and usher) Keith Johns Kern Brantley and brother and my former vocal instructor that play Oregon for Miss Aretha Franklin Daryl Houston rest in peace 🕊️
