Hi and thanks for the comment, obviously its a personal choice what you do but id avoid a sublimation printer as it only really works on 100% polyester and on light colours and they are not cheap, I have a sawgrass sg800 and hardly use it, the beauty of the DTF gang is you can bank ups lot of jobs on it and it will print on light and dark material as well as polyester , cotton and poly cotton. what are you planning on printing, im happy to advise if you ever need it. 👍
@ thinking of the tshirt / sweatshirt / hoodie type of thing, maybe for children , I’m just weighing a few things up, ie cost of postage etc for dtf orders…..so for example if I want to do A4 transfers, it could prove too costly, hmmmm I need to have a good think 🤔 but thanks for your advice….
Well good for you and to be fair if you are really clever with banking up the DTF sheet it’s probably the best way to get started, that’s what I would do now if I was new to it and know what I’ve learnt over the years, good luck to you and always here to help if I can👍
