- How to train and apply to become a Navy SEAL or SWCC: www.sealswcc.com
This first part of the series focuses on the grinding initial weeks of @NavySEALandSWCC SWCC training process known as Alpha Phase. Now they are tested to see if they have the qualities and fortitude to earn the right to continue in this most exclusive of @USNavy special operations
communities.
To those that try and fail, and to those that pass, you have my respect
This training kills with pneumonia. Lot of young kids ended up with pulmonary issues due to the cold watey
With the instructors, you can see which ones are genuinely trying to build great crewmen and the ones are trying to show recruits they are badass.
All apart of the process
As a navy veteran I salute these candidates and their instructors it shows it takes determination to earn their SWCC badge and God bless all who make it thru

I need to join ,so that I can change my life anyone who can help me plz
From 1987 to 1990 I was a chief engineer and a Patrol Boat. Officer at. SBU-20 the boats that we had, were Mark IV Sea Spectors we were what is now called a SWWCC our training was about trying to keep up with the seals and become experts at small arms and using the boats in combat
I watched Buds class 234 several times and then lone survivor starting credits that video is amazingly put together, then saw mike murphy the protector and operation red wings documentary and then listen to Jacko and David all day and now this series. I'm addicted to seal training, just watching them gives me immense respect for these operators.
this isnt seals this is swcc
These guys don't get the recognition the deserve... They are as tough as nails...
They do actually
@@youwebz Not as much as some of the other SOCCOM/JSOC units do.
😎🇺🇸MUCH TOUGHER THAN THAT
One of my RDC’s was a SWCC Chief……..didn’t grasp it then, but for sure I do now! Dude was a beast! Wish I could say thank you to that man!
I saw one of those SWCC small boats pull into my unit at Boston, I was so confused until I saw this video. I never realized those guys were SEALs. They were all so chill.
they aren't seals they are swcc
It was probably the Coast Guard lol
Bad ass dudes. No way here. Thank you for your service!
Great Men, these men were born to be real warriors!
God speed fellas. And good luck!
I grew up in San Diego California half my life…
Thank you for sharing this video.

wow....can't believe they are doing jug sticks on a live person...that is some good training..

I respect all military personnel and special forces are real life super heroes my dream was to join military but at 16 years old i was shot in the back and in my leg from a random home invasion hollowpoint broke my bones so i never enlisted im 45 now and wish i couldve enlisted
You have seen more action than most of these potato peeling ''heroes''
I feel bad about you 😢 but you are a soldier because you survived the shots. Respect
💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤️
Ready to this training
I love how they redact their names and “hide” their faces. Yet, we have full Navy Seal docuseries with names, faces, ranks, and hometowns. Apparently, it’s more more important to keep the guys who drives the boats identity’s secret.
They know and operate all vehicles used to deploy and extract seals if one sees names and faces they can try and get information from them
that was also filmed more than 20 years ago and policies and the OICs have changed probably 15 times since then lol The BUD/s class you're referring to was literally filmed before 9/11. that was a completely different world.
Trying this out on September
you will see me here soon
2:00 The Patstone chant from Class 234 still going strong to this day lol
He didn’t create that lol. It’s a known saying at BUDs
SWCC and SEAL Training is NOT easy, nor is It meant to be, however, for the Sailor and Officer to earn His Boat Pin( SWCC) or Trident ( SEAL) demonstrates that the Sailor and Officer has what it takes to be part and parcel of Naval Special Warfare. I am come from Indonesian 🇮🇩 ☺️ 😊 Please tell me the answer to that military navy swcc
God bless.
When is the new book coming out? 😊
Looks like fun
You know shits real when the seals are deployed
Do the instructors tell them the lessons they are supposed to learn from each exercise ? For example, the Sugar Cookie. That you will fail some tests, even if done perfectly or dealing with no win scenarios and frustration.
There's no 'Thanks' button for a donation. Unfortunate, but thanks for the hype!
🔥 $ YES.
Is this course separate to the actual BUDS selection? And for those that pass this course, do they also receive their trident?
This is Navy Special Warfare Combat-Craft Crewman (SWCC) training and selection, not Navy Seal
It always fascinates me about the people who really want to be operators and go through selection etc. The pay is crap, you'll be sent to places to fight wars for politicians who dont care about you and then and the end of it you'll retire if not physically broke up, mentally scarred.
The mind boggles 🤷♂️
Some people like a challenge unlike any other.
@8:34 nothings changed…THE STANDARD DOES NOT CHANGE
Unless we need a couple women on the team for the blue hairs
@@JJH0326 true that
I am disappointed that all the training changed. In the Fall 0f 1989, I was accepted and GRADUATED from CSAR - In Cornado - We were trained by mostly SEALS and a Few UDTs. We did Float (Pool) Rescue, Float Swim, OpenWater Surf and OpenWater Rescue, Small Craft handling, Small Arms, Fast Ropes, Repell, Rescue Craft, Were Certified as EMT/Paramedics (Basic HMC) and A LOT OF BEACH RUNS, Obstacle Course AND Pacific Ocean Swims! There were a number of times we were dropped offshore and had to swim back to the beach. Looking at the New SAR they have broken out everything except Float Operations and basic Rescue.... Why?
I guess find a current operator and ask them why they aren't as good now
The amount of crap in the comments section. Smh.
These guys literally "operate" boats.
They go IN when SEALs are in trouble.
Just because they're not making movies about them doesn't mean that their job is any easier.
I was not in the military, is SWC training a lot like SEAL training?
Walking down the beach is physically more difficult ,can you imagine how bad it sucks to run, exercise and have to wear sand paper clothing turned inside...
You have to know long division?
65% attrition is less than the SBS so let's not over dramatise...In any case, I'm not saying it's not a gruelling selection process.
That would be called the sugar cookie😂
4:52 that guy in the middle closest to the camera.. what the hell kind of pushups are those supposed to be? can anyone with more knowledge about these training/tests explain to me how they're even allowing him to keep doing it with that form??
Good bless you guys Tanks for everything Att MARIBEL HERNANDEZ RTPDP Mexicana saludos desde usa Wichita kansas
The first phase is a uniform and room inspection?
No comment, from Russia, from Sam, obl, from Toljatti...
Hello my name is Bismark Mensah I am in Ghana and so eager to join the seal team.. Any help.. Please

To all good soldiers just know this, above anything in any war... The LORD will bring peace one day and loves each of you, eternally. The entire Earth, it suffers at the hands of the wicked while brave men, women and children struggle. Good soldiers, always pray and blessing to each of you..... I am coming, says The LORD. :)
😎🇺🇸🙏AMEN 🤙
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Then they'd have no jobs😂

Amen, ❤ felt. God bless
Everybody is an “operator” nowadays. Soon, even the AO’s will be called Aviation Ordnance Operator
When do I get my pistol?
🇺🇸
Everyone fucks up in the pipeline, but never QUIT on yourself.....
I leave this Sunday for basic then I’m off to SWCC school
Good luck !

Train hard….to die for the rich (-> clever career decision…)
hooooyah
Why do seals bash these dudes?? It’s the exact O course and training
It's not the same. That extra 20-30% of BUDS makes all the difference.
I have never heard SEALs bash these dudes. It's their ride in and out. Often out of a hot extract.
THis is harder than navy seals Buds training
конечно весло проводите время)) не то что мы тут
Sir cn v dt us sldrs......
Well I got an idea for you using long division can you help me maintain my glow-in-the-dark taint😂😂
Ah yes, uniform and room inspections. Critical components of special operations.
Ever heard of Attention to detail?
@@CkEMnstr-gr2ro yeah you can pay attention to details that have nothing to do with a beard or how I make my bed.
Kinda like how we stopped doing Drill and Ceremony and focused more on warfighting skills during GWOT. Funny how my inability to march well had nothing to do with how well I could care for my equipment or perform battle drill 1 Alpha...
I’m questioning the level of bs to go through this selection to drive boats. I would just go to BUDs instead . I’m positive that SWCC receive SEAL washouts.
Not how it works at all
😎🇺🇸If You Are Even Questioning Your Resolve, Don’t Even Try
I saw an interview with DJ Shipley. He has a lot of respect for swcc. He said it extremely rough on your body. Those boats beat the crap out of you. But he said there training isn’t nothing like BUDS.
Wearing that face diaper is definitely intimidating
Their living quarters are really something, they should have seen what we had in 1962! I was not a warrior but had basic. I could not have made this.
Home 🏡
Coincident with the fact that their numbers are significantly below forecasted capability due to the jab man dates…..
Tough ass conselation price
Operator. The most over used word. There is reason Delta are referred to “operators.” Those guys are not that.
Moleza demais
I don’t see women or trabsgender here racist.
If only these awesome soldiers could take over that hole in the border
Vocal cords failed selection. Tier 2 bull horn operator.
This special forces has become to much commercialized and weak
Alpha phase ain't shitt
When I saw them wearing cute little covid masks I turned it off. Not impressed lol
Masks, lol, what a joke.
theyve been throwing the word operator to loosely lately .this guys have never been operators nothing but Glorified UBER trust we know

Airborne: Actually Intended Ranger But Obviously Really Not Extraordinary
@@Braxtay747HD Nope, just wanted to mess with y'all
I don’t fault him for inspiring to be a SEAL…Ok, he did not successfully pass BUDS, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be extremely competent and successful as a SWCC for Tier 1 SEAL’s…
@@geezy1112 what are you talking about? Why do so many civilians think SWCC is where buds drop outs go? They’re two different jobs that you have to apply for. If you fail out of buds you don’t get to go to SWCC training that’s not how it works lol
Is every job in Tier 2, 3 now called "operator"? I mean the term literally doesn't mean shit anymore. lol
They operate boats, give them a break.
Swcc were with the deals in Vietnam you clearly don’t know history behind swcc
SWCC Operates: BUDS failures!
Something tells me youd fail both
Easy asf i could do this

@@elliotmanuel5981 i just finished a 5 mile run after jits practice
Damn recruiting must be really down the shitter
Lol, American special forces, tall, chisel jawed supermen.
British special forces, short wiry, anger issues, lol
well getting out popcorn for sas vs american special forces comments
LOLOLOL
Military instructors are so lol, its your mind not willing to push past the suffering...ummm, not always though, might just be your legs giving out.
which is your mind
Yea usually your mind gives out in order for your legs to give out
This is just the FIRST part of becoming an operator - and yet another reason why the rest of the worlds' soldiers are SHIT compared to our best.
Just like buds duds a lot of them fall in the FMF Corpsman pipeline 🤷♂️🇺🇸🫡
