    I'd say you'd be right, someone just came along switching them on and off not knowing what they were doing. At least you got paid for someone else not knowing how to do the easy things.
    Cheers mate for the video.

      Yea that's what I'm hoping for, barley got any info from the girls I'm guessing the kitchen tripped and they turned it off and turned another breaker off . Who knows but this case is closed as of now.

    Down here in Tennessee we are getting frozen pipe calls left and right. Nothing like digging holes in frozen ground full of water in 8 degree weather

    Could the breakers have been tripped, and the tenant, not realizing which direction the breaker should be in for it to be engaged, pulled it to the left from the middle trip position, thinking they were turning it on rather than off? I mean, someone was down there....

    • @thehandymanexperience226
      @thehandymanexperience226  13 часов назад

      This is true but getting to the panel and barley getting enough information to do that limited me to see what was going on.

  • @jamesknightreading
    @jamesknightreading 17 часов назад +2

    One or two of my tenants have turned breakers off and then called me out. I wonder if that's what's going on here.

    • @thehandymanexperience226
      @thehandymanexperience226  17 часов назад +1

      @@jamesknightreading who knows I barley got any information, couldn't troubleshoot if I tried. It was a disaster. Went inside 1 one girl barely knew which outlets didn't work and I asked for key that I brought up to other girl and she gave me the wrong key. The other girl had to walk down the street to get the key. Total crap shoot for a easy job. I'm guessing they tripped the kitchen and turned a extra breaker off and turned off kitchen. We will never know. I was pretty irritated cuz the one girl was texting the other girl in the other room I was about to flip but but I'm trying to be a better guy now lol 🤣 I have never texted another person that was in a room next to me. I just wanted to get out of there

If I don't laugh ill swear up a storm at the frustration. Need more pipes made out of ferncos and electrical wire made out of super 88 😆.
