If this remix version came out in 1978 or79, it would have been a giant HIT. Maybe even bigger than when the original version also by Diana Ross came out.
I love this remix by Almighty & I have it. I love it the first time I heard it. Nothing has been taken away from this dance track. I love this because it’s more energetic & uplifting. I’ll say it again & again, if you don’t like the original mix or original still exists. Someone always isn’t happy unless they are criticizing everything. No one wants changes. People are critical & extremely close minded. This is why the dance world is stuck with AutoTuned Fake Singers & 3 minute mixes.

He entertained at Diana Ross' kids birthday parties at her home in Connecticut. The woman does have an ego the size of Mt Rushmore apparently. He said her home in CT featured an exact replica of The Oval Office in The White House. Said she was a bitch on wheels but paid very well.

Nope! Sorry, but I have to be the one to disagree with the bulk of the comments here. Don't like this at all. The original tune has a romantic sensuality, a sincere expression of love and appreciation for a loved one. To have that beautiful arrangement reduced to this loud, "shake your booty" thing is way off point.
I'll say that Almighty did a damn good job on this remix!
