Saw Buffalo tom live in Auckland in early 90's....stunning live band, great performance and brilliant songs that still stand the test of time. There were bigger bands at the time, but not may better then this trio.
I was there at the festival in 1992, but this song really reminds of 3 years later when I just broke up with my girlfriend and I felt so relieved and free, a total high that lasted for months!
Good an wonderful show, especially the song 'Velvet Roof" aided by the extra: the sax man. My all time favorite 'Sunflower Suit' they'd forgot to play.
Wow. I'd never seen this before. It's interesting how Bill wants to rock out on this, but that's not what this song gives. It's like literally watching the transition from their Dinosaur Jr-inspired alternative rock of early albums to the indie rock sound of the their later albums. "Let Me Come Over" is still one of my all-time favorite albums.
fucking great they didn t have major sucses, this song would probally be used by some car company to promote Summer and love and good time shit but now its still just A great song from a great band. Saw these guys last week on a belgian Tv show and they were great as always and with the new album they have out I hope they come to europe a lot.
If there was any justice in this world, Buffalo Tom would still be playing to crowds like this. The most underrated band of the 90's.
