@@xxfairygutz This is not based off a TV show. This is based off of actual ballroom in general. Which has been a thing in the black LGBTQI+ community for 50 years. It may be just a show to you but with that being said I can’t allow folks to miss inform or downplay or the community. Some grown folks of color actual knew about ballroom before pose so I can assure you the inspiration didn’t come directly for that show.
