You need to say what year this is because my understanding is the TB doesn't have a PCV Valve. There's a PCV hose by the intake manifold - that needs to be replaced or at least cleaned out sometimes. There's another PCV hose from the resonator box by the oil intake.
What you say is true for the in line 6. The PCV tube from the intake manifold to the crankcase connects to a tiny little 'orifice' hole that is prone to clogging. It leads to blow-by gasses getting up around your throttle body.
It would be worth it to install an inexpensive oil separator / oil catch can to keep the backs of your valves from being gunked up by the oil from your pcv vent. I bought one off Amazon for $25.

Trailblazer 2013 V6 stated in one of his later post, which were sold in the middle east, and maybe some other locations, but not in the USA.
I believe he is doing this job on a V8. The - cylinder does not have a PCV valve.

This has to be a V8 because the L6 4.2 does NOT have a PCV valve. Don’t forget to clean the throttle body.
It's a 3.6L V6. I'll just share my videos of one of my DIY, to have a good performance of my car.
