Mariusz Pudzianowski is a one of a kind fighter, who knew that his exceptional power as a strongman would get him to the highest echelons of Fighting by simply destroying his opponents.
Today, we review the tale of a man that struck fear into his enemies just like mike tyson.
I'm from Poland and having seen what Pudzianowski has been doing and saying over the years, I must say he's a very decent, moral, modest and hard-working man. He runs his own business (farming) and promotes good values.
i love this awesome man ! hard-working and an absolute legend in sport, inspired me some years ago in my power lifting workouts he was able to do stand shoulder with 280kg on the bar, extremelly gifted from God ! RESPECT !

Mariusz is a massive powerful guy, but Eddie Hall is 12 year younger, 100lbs heavier, taller and at this point simply much stronger. The bulldozer approach Mariusz shows in these fights is just not an option against Eddie. He’d have to completely retool his entire strategy for this fight. If I’m Marius taking a fight like this I’d want a guarantee of set my children up for the rest of their lives money for this.

I had the pleasure to shake hands with Mariusz when he visited my university in Kraków, Poland. I spoke with him and I remember him as a really laid back, calm and very nice person. A true champ!

Whenever boxing and Jujitsu lords say strength doesn't matter in fighting. Show them this man.
Strength only starts to really matter when skill is equal or close to equal. He clearly had reasonable skills too, and that's why he was relatively successful whereas many strongmen fail. Against bigger and fairly strong, really skilled MMA- fighters of recent times or today, like Jones or Aspinall, I think he would have struggled.
Both boxing and Jujitsu have weight classes, so I don't know what kind of crack you are smoking. But there is a point of diminishing return, after around 240-250 lbs, where adding more muscle reduces stamina and speed too much. Mariusz wouldn't last very long against a top tier UFC heavyweight.
@@VeniVidiVomui Well heavyweights can have huge discrepancies in MMA. Which is what this is. Not boxing or BJJ. Also strength can also come in smaller packages. People can be equal in weight and have massively different power.

Technique is a joke if you are much stronger, its all relative but you folk like to compare weaklings and not people born with higher testosterone having thicker skulls and bones to begin with.

I had a jujitsu friend, saying how weight lifters or bodybuilders wouldn't stand a chance with a jujitsu black belt. I think Pudzianowski beating a 4th dan Gracie practitioner and all the other cage fighters proves him wrong. Basically you can never underestimated anyone, from a street fight, weightlifter/strongman, boxer, karate, wrestler, jujitsu etc. I watched a local boxer some years ago, lay 5 men out with just punches, never going to the floor for arm bars and fancy choke holds. I think one of the most dangerous things about any fighter is experience.
They assume just because they’re big they have no skill, those fighters are foolish.
My ass my old trainer was a black belt in many forms of fighting got knocked out by a power lifter at a tournament that didn't have anywhere near the experience...y'all skinny dudes who have no muscle like to say big guys can't move around and it doesn't matter are full of shit lmaooo

Anyone who says muscles don´t mean anything is dumb. At least size and strength (you need muscle for that) + mindset are extremely important. Nobody would fck with a grizzly bear even though the bear doesn´t know anything about proper technique.

He was surprisingly quick for a big guy, that being said he lost 6 out of his last 14 fights.
Yeah, if the point of this is skill vrs muscle we should be shown some losses. My experience is speed and agility are very important. Not many bulky guys train like this amazing athlete. I think I’m 30 lbs of muscle heavier than my old fighting weight but my younger self would kick my old ass in seconds.

In MMA and NOGI grappling you can go far with enormous strength. Extremely strong people are always hard to defeat. If they can fight and be a little technical, they can be nightmarish.
This is bullshits, especially in MMA you gotta have skills and good technique, bcs on the ground the strength doesn’t help you that much, and also he’s power lifter , that means he has explosion power and less breath training.. which in fight is a problem
