Guys the reason why I couldn’t stop thinking about him was because of the unsolved situation we had and he was my first love it’s a huge attachment. But thank you for those who are supportive and opening up about the same issue. I’m way great now I’ve always have been I was just wasn’t sure why I kept thinking about him.

I think that’s what happened to me and my abuser. I’m trying so hard to break it, it makes my chronic ptsd flare up BAD it makes me sick physically now and then. He was and is a horrible person, karma will get him for all he did. Me and him are NOT meant to be together. He used me from the day we met. SOOO . TRUE, Bro!!! There is a person in my head and heart. The Only good thing about my situation is: "I know how to pray and commit things to God". She is on my heart 24/7. The good part is we do appreciate each other, but life circumstances has us separated.
When you open your heart only to one person, your heart becomes addicted to the love that person gives you. It's like if you only receive gifts from one specific person, then all the gifts received by you depends on that person, if they are willing to give it to you or not. By opening yourself to love from one person only, you are making yourself a disservise, and you are making a disservice to that person too, because it's too much pressure for one person to be the only giver of love to you. It's like a drug addict who accepts the favourite drug from one dealer only - his life and well-being then depends on that dealer, and the dealer has great power over you, you are 100% needy in his eyes.

I thought I was crazy to this one person is always strongly in my heart and I can feel he misses me allot and he even told me he tried to forget me once but he couldn't. This is exactly what's happening to me. Have thought about this person everyday for almost a year and a half (he's been silent/avoidant for about 5 months). I've had 5 dreams about him, including the last one which I had on his birthday, he's caused me to want to be a better person but also brought up such feelings of anger and rage, and it's competely turned my life upside down. Tried everything to get him out of my head.

I’ve experienced this... in many different cases , I was at school and I had this guy that I like , was on my mind the previous night so heavy and I couldn’t sleep , then BOOM he text me y’all , and then I went to school and he was still on my mind , mind you this was the 1st day back to school , so I couldn’t figure out why I kept thinking of him , and then BOOM we ran into each other literally, it was GREAT. I’ve had so many random dreams about him as well , I don’t know I have a major thing for him , we’re buddies right now though (I don’t know why I just spilled all of this) , anyways thank you for this video !🙏🏽
