    I can honestly say I've never seen a roof anchor on any house in the Southern US.

      Steep roofs are for handling snow loading. Southern roofs never see snow so they can be nearly flat.

    I would've accessed the roof with a shorter ladder thru the deck ontop the roof.seems that would be safer, just have to go thru the house to access it

    Hello friend, you have a video where you show how to put the rope with the safety harness when you work on high roofs, you show the hooks that the roof has, but how can you secure the rope if the roof does not have those hooks, do you have a video about that?👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸

    Yo Spence!
    I assume you charge more if the roof is steep and you need to anchor up.
    Do you charge more for it being a 3 story place compared to a single story?
    What are other factors that would make the quote higher?

    • @jcc892z
      @jcc892z Год назад +1

      It comes down to how you feel. Charge enough that will make you feel like the risk, effort, and time are worth it.

    • @Jay-lr3me
      @Jay-lr3me 3 месяца назад

      No need for a back pack blower up on a roof. They're heavy and more of a pain to start if they turn off. Just use a handheld

    Sup bro, might want to be more cautious with going over the ridge with your rope, you can tear the ridge cap which can lead to a future leak. But good stuff bro, keep hustling 💪🏼💪🏼

    I get these are probably tenant housings, but it seems like it was unsafe and necessary to set up the ladder system to begin with. The ladder could fall, your vehicle could be hit, someone could leave the garage. Why not just let the tenant know their roof top door is needed to access for maintenance?

    • @vendingservices8900

    You didn't even say what kind of harness you use or how you secure yourself in it. Or what to do when there's no anchor pre-installed besides just not doing the job as you repeatedly said.
    I've seen other roof workers install an anchor. And harness companies demonstrate the crucial literal life-saving importance of having a harness with straps for leg support that you put under your feet and stand on after a fall to prevent fatal circulatory issues from your legs being squeezed by the leg straps of the harness. Look up "suspension trauma" to see for yourself.
    Not only was this video unhelpful as one could be for such a topic, but how you didn't even mention what I described is negligence that could directly lead to severe injury or de*th of the people you're making videos for.
