Joey you are part of the coaching staff of the blues. I agree Teddy isn't the problem. Your team was so disorganized in the first 15 minutes and last 10 minutes of the game. That's on the coaching staff. So take the blame sometimes

Yeah Joey's a muppet. It's completely unfair on NSW supporters when Freddy and Alexander continuously pick their mates.
Billy decided to pick Fidow & Walsh, the players who are on form, over Gaggai and Ponga (even though he's had concussion issues). It paid off for him cause he picked the in-form players, not his best mates. You can also see the influence of Billy's coaching/camp on the QLD players whereas NSW looked like a team created from 5 random pubs.
To watch Joey and Freddy sit up there and sulk like 2 muppets is actually the laughable sight.

Perhaps the game should be looked at as a whole. It's just how the game played out. Look the Maroons could have lost and some players could have been called out.
James Tedesco can attack, but he's lacking his defence strength compared to his previous years of origin games. If you can look closely down to club level, he's still doing the same. If he gets to be picked again for game 2 at Suncop, he needs to focus on his defence at a 120%.
Last 5 or 6 years is irrelevant. We should be picking IN FORM players or does go straight over your heads. We got embarrassed by this incumbent loyalty crap.

When I see the Captain and coach joking around in the dressing room after a loss, I think they deserve a good rev up and attitude change . It’s not acceptable. They should be filthy for losing that game and possibly the series .

Tedesco went 14 months or more without scoring a try. He is not the best player NSW has had ever. He certainly isn't the best player in the game like some claim. I was astonished that they even made him NSW Captain.

As a QLD fan, dropping Tedesco is a TERRIBLE look for NSW. To abandon your captain after one mediocre performance is absolutely ludicrous. QLD are loyal to those that perform for that heralded maroon jersey. Yes Gagai wasnt selected, but he wasnt the captain.

State of origin should be about what people are able to do in that current year. Ponga has been out of form and they chose Walsh. Because he's been in form all year. It's not rocket science. Pick whose good at the moment not who is historically good
