They really needed to put those columns in living room? They could have easily avoided it. Outdoors are immaculate, clean and green, absolutely loved it, but not really impressed with engineering and interiors of this villas, facades are still ok.

The design of this villa is really pathetic compared to what we get here in Bangalore for half the cost. Huge area but no double height spaces? Barely any natural light in some of the rooms. Why are there pillars in the middle of the living space? Not acceptable in a modern design.
I do agree the landscaping and views out front are great though.

EMAAR has better layout and villas now.

Sorry to say.. 500 sq yard is only plus point. Otherwise it is a simple villa. Very much pale n nothing so posh for 8.5cr..
