Dope review. Looks like you got a very good pair. I think the lighter colored elephant print goes well with the black upper of the shoe. Which is why the darker colored elephant print paired well with the reimagined White Cements. I’m happy they didn’t recreate the overly tumbled look on this pair. I think that look was part of the “trend” back in 2018. This current smooth version is what looks good today so I’m excited to go after a pair. Later.

I hit on the shock drop and cannot wait to get these in hand! Especially since I never hit on any of the previous versions. J3’s are my favorite silhouette and are the most comfortable retro J’s for me as well. Great video as always Sean! Are you getting rid of your collection or simply moving them elsewhere? 😎
Was able to try on the grey cement 3s both in my TTS US9 and 1/2 down because of my WC3 reimagines that I used to have, and I have pretty wide feet, but also the length to pull of 1/2 down and honestly I can go either way, but I feel better off doing 1/2 down because width wise in TTS is good, but eventually once it breaks in due to how for me personally and others the 3s are slightly cut big, I’ll have a bit of room at the to box that will feel a bit wonky, but not as bad as the white cements, however still wonky enough for me to be able to go 1/2 down and break it in and that worked 👍
To add I also had to do the same with my Playoff 8s going 1/2 down because again width is good, but length was a bit long and wonky just like the grey cement 3s that I tried on in store and they looked slightly long and big when I looked in the mirror 😂.

Crazy high prices, low quality, not very comfortable, unpredictable quality control and materials, etc. New Balance, ASICS, and Saucony are killin the shoe game right now… and they’re a much better value for the money. And they’re actually comfortable. ✌🏻Nike!
The cheaper dreamcell insole is the only disappointing bit (AJ3 Fear had the really good polyurethanes), and I do prefer the lighter/subtle elephant prints on these. Not gonna lie had entered the draw here in Oz, but won't be sad if I wouldn't be able to win the draw.
The people who think the 2018 pair is better than this pair are the same people who think asics that my mother wore to the grocery store back in the early 2000s are 'hype'...
I see white specks on the black midsole of your pair 3:06, quality isn’t the best, my pair also had a white speck on the black part of the midsole, don’t know what it is

3:59 That is actually a Dreamcell insole, not a pu insole. At least the midsole this time is softer compared to the usual stiff PU midsoles on 3s. Info from Chris of Weartesters FYI.
@SeanGo Would've made the shoe so much better if it was an actual polyurethane insole since Dreamcells always bottom out so quickly after several days or couple weeks.
Base on Sean comments on the video 7:50 it seems to me it would be a personal preference. Now days comfort is the way to go for most people that are not sneaker heads - like my self.
