Seeing this duel makes me think that there should be a spin-off anime about an average guy who becomes the best duelist and ends up having the three gods in his deck. Kinda like Red from Pokémon Red but for Yu-Gi-Oh

For example if I activate a spell card "Creature Swap" and my opponentt than activates a trap card "Dust Tornado" in order to destroy my Creature Swap will Creature Swap´s effect be activated?

Not in a physical duel. But in the video games, the Egyptian Gods are playable. However, the makers of the OCG and the TCG are working to legalize the Egyptian Gods, because "Obelisk the Tormentor" has gotten a makeover, and also has similar effects as the card in this video game.
The whole start of the duel he was removing monsters from play from his hand, using spells to draw more monsters, then removing THOSE monsters from play. Then he used the card Dimension Fusion (three times), which lets both players special summon as many monsters removed from play as possible (at the cost of 2000 life points)
The only hitch with the legal card is, Obelisk cannot attack in the same turn it uses its monster-destruction effect, and it does not deal 4000 damage to the opponent if it uses that effect.
@CitoKun This game is rather glitchy and unresponsive to the rules at times. For instance, I had my trap card that negates special summons and destroys the monsters that are special summoned. My opponent special summoned to his hearts content and I couldn't activate the card in spite of there being no card on the field to prevent this. :(
if you didn't know this but the three Egyptian gods can be fused in to ?????? aka light god if you have seen the original movie at the end when all hope is lost the light god comes a a big figure.

No, only effects that specifically target them. That means cards like mirror force or torrential tribute still work on the god cards.
