Like the island in Lost, I think Fromland is moving through space and time, like on an alternative track, that's why people can enter from different places.
I havent seen anyone discussing this, but i would like to bring it up: Does the town feel like it was built by things that just superficially know what human life is? Like, if you are a monster trying to create a city for humans, you would probably figure that plugging things make them turn on, but not necessarily understand electricity, thus the outlets make no sense and the wires go to nowhere, bc its just made to superficially resemble a real town
.. Maybe the fallen tree is a Frarway Tree- explaining the "teleportation" aspect. Sorta turning the teleporter feature inward so they face the town. That explains the "loop" of not getting out of town.
Good theory but as far as we know, there's only a limited amount of faraway trees. the question is though, why nobody has gone back to where the tree fell. Almost as if the tree is the gateway to fromville and once you enter fromville the gateway destroys itself.
@@farexponent9173 I've asked that question too! Like...why not get some supplies and go back to the fallen tree and go around or over it? It's obviously a boundary marker of some kind for new people but what happens when people try leaving town and want to "jump the fence" out? Maybe there's no longer a tree and people trying to leave by the road find themselves approaching the other end of town on the same road?
I dont Remember which theorist was saying that most likely wormholes or portals just keep moving from different places to different place in America so once you go into this portal you end up right in front of the tree is my guess maybe the far way trees have something to do with these wormholes
But how are they never able to get back to the tree? It feels like the tree is in an entirely different dimension or even just a gateway dimension that then brings you to the town. Like a 1 way portal.
Nah I don’t think she can call home and they will be there at all remember the girls from Michigan she said you’ve been missing for months which is weird because I think she stated she been there years
At this point, I think the only two explanations that would satisfactorily address everything we've seen are "it's supernatural" or "it's a simulation." All other theories I've heard of would either fail at addressing certain issues, or would be unreasonably complicated to expect the audience to follow them.
There's something a lot of us seem to have missed. What was strong enough to flip that truck over into the empty pool? Or do we think they crashed into the pool? I always wondered about that flipped truck. Also... Has anyone ever tried climbing over the tree and following the road?
HMMMM I wonder the town is connected to different time lines There could be far away trees that can teleport you to different years that why we see drawing of boats in the tree or a civil war soilger attacking Jade
For me the biggest question that why Sara killed tony in ep01 did he know something about this place and they don't want him to tell anyone! If they don't want him why let him enter the place?
I think the fallen tree is a sacrifice of sorts. Something the town loses to catch people in Fromville. But we can see that the trees are different each time (well, tye two times we've seen them). Is the fallen tree on the same place each time?; I mean, there's one road in and out of town,(call them East and West) so are there TWO fallen trees? One for each direction? Is the Tree (s) the same distance from town each time? There's obviously at least some distance between the tree and the first town buildings in episode one. It's also interesting that Jade and Toby never saw the Tree. They're the only ones, so far as we know.
Man you are making it click, the monsters are there to stop people going out at night and keeping them locked up because at night like when boyd and Sarah was in the tent is when the town starts to move through space and time while the monsters keep everyone locked up and occupied but still leaves lots of ?? Like why isn't their a road out why does the town wantto trap people there so bad and how does a town shift through space time and possibly dimensions lol
@@DanUnderscore or grow some balls and jump the tree and waltzes up outta there hahah when ethan and Jim walked along the tree all the crows / ravens gathered above like a warning or threat not sure what birds they were I struggle to see the difference between ravens and crows.. good videos man keep it up I defo think the town moves location at a certain time at night
I saw a vivarium type of commentary on it.. like, maybe they are using them for something? Maybe they are being studied to see how humans behave? Clearly they have humanoid like creatures, maybe they are using them for something.. humanoids studying humans? I dunno. Lol

Definitely a strong possibility. The land is moving constantly or maybe someone activates the movement at specific times
That’s an interesting theory
Then why aren’t people from different times being sent to the same point

the town is too functional to be that but id like to imagine some entity saw a post card of a town and just said "ye lets make that"

Its a different tree. Boyd’s tree fell from the left side of the road, and the Mathew’s tree fell from the right side.

They never answer stuff. For example, whose voice got on the radio telling Jim to get his wife? And a whole bunch of other scenarios!
Apparently season 3 we will get a lot more answers according to the actor who plays Donna
@@rustinpierce7269 ok. I’m probably going to wait so that I can binge watch season three.
People always seem to overlook that there are some train tracks that pass through the town. They should explore and follow that path.
They lead to East Palestine Ohio.

They'd better steer clear of the simulation reveal as that would diminish From turning it into a poor man's Matrix.
From is on 125th street and Lennox Ave.
What would happen if u figured a way around the tree and or moved the tree?
This is all in Victors head.

Ya but Jade was unconscious in the backseat of the car. So his friend could have come across the tree without him knowing it.
