i have the original 3ds from like 2011, love it so much, it’s just nice going back and seeing how fun the games were/still are
I really miss the 3d gimmick, I hope they make a 3dswitch

I wasn’t a huge fan of Harvest Moon but Stardew Valley (especially the co op with a friend) is a cozy staple for me
omg, I thought I was the only one still playing with their 3DS 😭✨️ love the video btw, is so cute seeing you fangirl! a couple of games that I would say are a must play are:
Spiritfarer ( in short words you have a boat hotel we're you help spirits in the afterlife, is so cute)
Ni no kuni : Wrath of the White Witch ( the art style is made by studio ghibli and the story is so freaking cute and sad at the same time )
Yokai Watch ( these games I've played since I was little, they are so freaking underrated. it's like pokemon but, in my opinion, these are more entertaining )
I’ve heard great things of Spiritfarer and bought it just haven’t got around to playing it yet! I’ll check out the other 2 💗

2 cozy games I've been playing on the switch recently are little dragons cafe and Spyro reignited trilogy, the former game being really underrated. I definitely recommend getting those games if you don't already got them. I've also been playing a lot of Pokemon silver after finding my Gameboy in the attic.
Stardew Valley is my FAVORITE Switch game ever. Very cozy. Highly recommend.

Hi, could you include in your next video about wholesome out and about? It's an upcoming cozy and educational game, so you won't feel guilty when playing it 😁. In this game you learn plant identification for foraging as well does it provide cooking and crafting recipes for real life. Also it broadens your farming knowledge like not so many other farming games does for instance it teaches companion planting (which plants should be planted next to each other for them to grow better). Moreover, if you like romance it will be included as well. Currently they are running their kickstarter campaign!
Absolutely living for the Ace Attorney (and ofc Professor Layton) love! I always think of them as big series because they're such high quality but not enough people know about them! You've also made me want to go back through my old gameboy and DS pokemon games!
Love all the ones you mentioned (though i haven't played Firewatch so I'll have to check it out), but you HAVE to try Stardew Valley!! Coziest game out there (the background music is on another level!), and I remember when i first got my switch years ago I bought it to try it out because it was so highly recommended and thought I'd give it a go and within 2 weeks I had about 200 hours on it, I was actually addicted and practically did nothing except sleep, eat, and play Stardew Valley :') The one game I'll never be sick of.
My boyfriend bought me a Switch with Animal Crossing and Mario Kart for my birthday this year, and I've played both heaps, but especially Animal Crossing - can't go a day without playing! Bear & Breakfast is also a super cute game - you play as a bear who runs a B&B, and you have to do a bunch of tasks to level up things and open new locations. I also love Untitled Goose Game for a bit of cute chaos - you play as a goose, and all of your objectives are to mess with people in different ways! :')
Oh, and Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion is a quick, cute game that I found great fun! There's a new one coming out next year, which I think is going to be Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, from what I recall. :^)
I didn't even know you were a gamer let's go. I'm not sure where this trend came from but I love this. I've been playing Sonic Frontiers non stop and AHHHHHHH what a return to form for the Blue Blur. I just got the Scarlet and Violet OLED Switch. Worth it. What would your favorite Pokémon generation be? Big fan of gen 6 cause of ORAS mainly.

@@angelikascorner it's SO GOOD I love it. I LOVE IT. Ohhhhh Sonic I missed you SO much buddy. They need to just keep Ian Flynn in charge of the writing lol. The 3DS games are just so nice looking. I love the pokemon cities like Lumiose and Mossdeep City at night. Route 120 at night is super gorgeous with the stars reflecting on the water. I bet those cities would be much safer to wander around at night too since no one would mess with you if you whip out a Charizard or Toxtricity lol

pokemon mystery dungeon on ds and gba (not the 3ds ones) were always my fave cozy games growing up
So far this year I've played Pokémon X, Ultra Sun, and I'm currently playing Shield😊 Also I loved hearing you talk about Ace Attorney and Layton! I'm a huge Ace Attorney fan, it's one of my fav game series, but I also played the first Layton game a while ago and I'm planning on playing Layton vs. Wright soon😁
I just got a Nintendo switch and love Cosy games! What good timing, I’d add Disney dreamlight valley onto this list :)

If you enjoyed Fantasy Life but couldn't get in to Harvest Moon I'd recommend Rune Factory 5. It's like Harvest Moon but a fantasy village with monsters and dungeons!

Unpacking is the ULTIMATE zone out, brain off, cozy game. Honestly haven't enjoyed such a simple game like that in so long 🥺🥺🥺 I second jenny leclue, I bought it when it was on sale 2 weeks ago and very much enjoyed playing it!

Bravely Default and its sequel Bravely Second have become cozy games to me bc i've replayed them so often (turn-based rpg). I grind levels so boss fights won't stress me out. The art is amazing, the overworld has a day/night cycle, i'm obsessed with the music!
My bestie showed me Potion Permit on the switch, it looks very cute/chill.
Hollow Night is a metroidvania-esque platformer that has cozy parts but is overall Not Cozy. I don't know if i'll ever beat it but i love the art and the music.

some of my favourite cosy games on switch are skyward sword & a short hike, i highly recommended if you have played them yet! also it made me so excited seeing botw on this list, i’ve 100% the game twice now (all 900 koroks incl) and all my friends act like i’m crazy for considering it my ultimate cosy game lmao
I played Sword for a bit and then stopped to go back to the old games! I’ll give it a try soon x

I looooved the 2.0 update on ACNH
on the switch you should try Sky Children of Light. it’s also a mobile game and it’s free. probably my favourite cosy game.
I ahd never played an animal crossing game before Horizons, but I plan on buying New leaf soon!

i had the exact same experience with harvest moon. bought it on the eshop on sale and played about half an hour and was like yeah this ain't hitting. oh well!
i recommend disney dreamlight valley! animal crossing but with disney characters. i love it! also: sky children of the light (free to play exploration game with the most stunning visuals), and coffee talk (don't play it often as it's just like reading a book, but you also make coffee for the people who come to your cafe!)

I don't know if it counts as cosy but Pokémon snap is really fun and cute! Just wish it was longer.
I think my all time favourite I'd breath of the wild though! I love exploring, the music, the side quests well maybe just everything 😁

I've never played Professor Layton, but I think I'll buy one and try it out! Some other cozy games I love are Kirby and the Forgotten Land and the Spyro Reignited trilogy. Also I've only played 2 of them but from what I know the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons games are kinda hit and miss. One of the best ones is available on the switch though, it's called Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town and I've been enjoying it quite a bit :)

I’m not even joking…. Try Dragon Quest 8 - The Journey of the cursed king. It’s a pretty cozy and funny game. There’s some challenges but pretty sure you might enjoy. One of the best RPG that I ever played.Hopping for a remake some day

You should try stardew valley
I grew up on Harvest Moon (now Story of Seasons, the new Harvest Moon games aren't great since the split), but I think you definitely need to give it a lot of time to get into, so I see why it puts people off. The new Harvest moon games should definitely be avoided but Story of Seasons are decent. Because of their influence and Stardew, there's so many farming games now that there'll always be something for you though.
I think because of this, I wouldn't recommend Story of Seasons to newcomers of the genre sadly. They pioneered it but indie devs have really stolen the genre now. Having said this, Pioneers of Olive Town would be the way to go if you are considering trying it again!
