Great work on your project. There is no way to build such a structure at that cost in the west. I know having a mortgage I have already paid 4 or 5 times the cost of your build. You have done well and I am realizing building on the motherland is definitely possible. I think I would want a couple of tiny homes on my property as rentals rather than attached to my main house.

Between starting from $5k to $11k all the way up depending on how the place is developing..... there are also cheaper One's starting from $3-4k but roads are not demarcated yet and not ready for settlement ( that will be in 5-10years investment) for next generation....

It depends on the structural drawing and the plan ....some structures needs more calculations and engineering details and that can cost more
