4:03 Norn is wrong. She has no say in this conversation. This is between Roxy, Sylphie and Rudy. She does not give Sylphietime to react and she just blows up because of her faith. A faith that neither Rudy nor Sylphie is a part of. It hits even worse knowing that Aisha, a daughter of the 2nd wife was in the room.
Although your opinion is absolutely correct, Norm had to play the role of explicitly stating that Rudy did in fact cheat. Also the reason why Sylphiet can calmly accept Roxy is also due to the fact that Norm scolded Rudy on behalf of Sylphiet.
The only 2 people in that house that gets to comment on adultery is Sylphiet and Norm, and Norm decided to take the bad-guy role so Sylphiet and play the nice-guy in that scenario.
@@elda4034 Yup, tho, its a bit weird to say his opinion is "absolutely" correct. His opinion is valid, but Norm isn't wrong in that Rudeus did cheat and definitely did something wrong here. what he's right about is that Norm definitely overstepped the boundary, this isn't her relationship but Sylphie's and Rudeus, Sylphie only barely pushed back on what Norm said. I think Sylphie appreciated the sentiment that Norm was getting at but overall felt that she was okay with Roxy and is ultimately her decision to choose.

@@youtubruh Simply put, it is the "desu" or "masu" added to the end of a sentence. Just adding this makes the language more polite, and it is usually used when meeting someone for the first time or when speaking to someone older than you. Roxy uses keigo with everyone, but that is because she does not want to offend them. After all, her hair is a color that is not well-liked by humans. Rudy also basically uses keigo, but I don't think he uses it with Silphy. He uses keigo with Roxy and Eris. You might think this is not a big deal, but it is surprisingly deep, and the impression changes greatly depending on the additional letters you add after keigo. The language used in episode 23 in particular is incredibly good.
@@ice_coffee46 yes!! I do realize both Rudy and Roxy use “desu” alot probably to be at utmost polite all the time. But in this episiode is there anything beside/more than that? Because I didn’t realize anything different… I mean Roxy still uses “desu” as she normally does right?
@@youtubruh It's still keigo, but Roxy's way of speaking was good. It's the scene where she explains her excuses. She repeats "desuka" and then says "sukinandesumon" at the end. "desuka" literally means something like "isn't it?" but I can't explain it well. "mon" is also hard to explain, but it's a very unusual way of speaking for Roxy who only uses keigo. It seems like something Sylphy would use.
By the way, "desumasu" is called "teineigo" in keigo and shows the minimum level of politeness. All you have to do is add "desu" or "masu" to the end of the sentence. Roxy also uses a slightly casual keigo, which is cute.
