150g flax seeds.
Grind some of it in a coffee grinder.

15 g psyllium seeds.
20g chia.
mix well.
1 teaspoon salt.
400 ml water.
mix well.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
150 g almond flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
mix well.
1 teaspoon of soda.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
mix well.
Grease with vegetable oil.
My glasses have a straight neck.
I'm going to place a circle of parchment paper on the floor.
I will shape the dough and pour it into glasses.
I bake the leftovers in a cup.
Bake for 60-70 minutes at 180°C.
the bread is ready!

Thanks so much. This bread is the first one I tried from your videos. It is so wonderful for me to have a bread I can eat without being ill. I can’t digest wheat, rye, rice flours, but I also can’t manage yeast. I’ve taken 20 years to experiment with gluten free breads from supermarkets. They are OK, but I can only have one slice per week, sometimes less, because of stomach pain.
But now you have taught me to make bread with linseeds, chickpeas, lentils, psyllium husks, etc. I am so grateful and thank you very much. I’m also really pleased to make bread and bake it in three mugs - this is new to me, but works brilliantly! It means lots of browned crust which is nice. It means a small round slice of bread which is good to go with a bowl of soup or some vegetables with topping. Also, I sliced up the bread from another recipe of yours with red lentils, then baked in the oven for 20 minutes. It comes out like crackers to eat with hummus or with cheese.

Great idea for bread. P.S. I believe it is unnecessary to use plastic glove, it does not add to hygiene when hands are washed, while plastic can transfer microplastic particles to the food and add up to plastic waste.
