However my choice would have been the duck curry and dhall puri with some XM 5 years old rum when I am in BG. Be good to Mrs Toocool especially when she help you with a close shave? That roti making techniques is work smarter not harder. We grew up seeing people oil the roti one by one. This style is oil the entire dough then roll it out one by one. Quicker process.
