Her mother tongue is Bengali, but if you hear her sing in, let's say, Malayalam, you would think she is a native Malayalam speaker. Shreya Ghoshal is a queen ! She is the highest paid Singer of India more than any male singer too. She just won national award from her debut song at the age of just 17 years. Since then she is just ruling this industry and is on the top. It is very difficult for a singer to hold the top position for years in this generation of autotune and in a huge competitive industry like indian music.
