@@edwardlawler9487 so basically I’m doing carbs 3 days then low to zero for 2 days. This week I have 2 normal days, 1 high carb day then followed by 2 low. The body changes once your regulated.

Carb cycling like that does wonders for fat loss. I've done it multiple times for contests and rarely plateau and I get very lean very fast.

When I watch a Seth video, I often get reminded of the folks who live in the Mentzer/Yates camp who would suggest Seth could build this physique on one set to failure/once a week training and just roll my eyes and think... yea. Sure he could. He just doesn't work hard enough.

As a type II diabetic who has to keep my carbs low and very low on the glycemic index, I'd love to hear what Seth would say about someone who has to train with low carbs pretty much all of the time. I realize Seth's not a Dr., but I would still love to hear his take on training in that nutritional framework. General consensus is 25% of your daily calorie intake, but... I am attempting to reverse my diabetes so, that range is not acceptable. Im closer to 12-15%.
He's also juiced to the max.
@@richcampbell6808 well yea, clearly. He makes no bones about that. Plus all the preworkout he takes. Which I have tried, but having high blood pressure, I have to stay away from stimulants as well.
@@kenlowell9862 Bodybuilding Secret. Take a teaspoon of baking soda mixed in a glass of water. Great for energy. Black coffee is good but not sure how that mixes with high blood pressure. Looks like coffee can lower blood pressure if it's just a cup.

way too much carbs even for your size, you need not even half of that amount. Around 200 would already do the trick more than sufficiently.
As for low carbs, it will take anywhere between 30-90 days for fat adaptation to kick in, after you can do leg days no problem. The strength difference that i've found is perhaps 1-2 reps, if that with much more stable energy throughout the day
